Casa Solana is built on 3 floors with a full length 108 Sq. M pool and garage suitable for a large SUV. The is also safe parking in the road outside with shade from trees opposite.

Ist Floor
Comprises a stylish living room/kitchen dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an fridge freezer with ice maker, electric cooker and microwave oven. The dining area has a table and chairs (6 places), and the lounge comprise large screen TV, and corner sofa which can accommodate 6 adults or 2 sleeping children. This area is also equipped with electric ceiling and portable fans.
Ground Floor
Comprises a stylish living room/kitchen dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an fridge freezer with ice maker, electric cooker and microwave oven.

The dining area has a table and chairs (6 places), and the lounge comprise large screen TV, and corner sofa which can accommodate 6 adults or 2 sleeping children. This area is also equipped with electric ceiling fan and portable fans.
The is also a shower/WC, off the dining area, and an additional shower/WC outside for pool users, together with a large outside sink for general use.

2nd Floor
Comprises 2 double bedrooms with aircon and on suite showrooms with WC. The front master bedroom also has access to a balcony with views of the pool, main entrance and road outside. The is also a common balcony accessible from the landing overlooking the pool.

3rd Floor
Comprises one double bedroom and open area equipped with two sofa beds. There is also WC and separate sink and washing machine for guest use. This floor is not airconditioned but due sliding glass doors, which open to the balcony on two sides providing both views of the pool and countryside including the Mount Banahaw volcano. This area gets ventilation from outside and is therefore the coolest part of the house.

Both upper floors are equipped with lockable security grills and CCTV cameras overlooking the pool and road outside.
Guest access
You have full access to the property excluding locked storeroom on ground and first floor. Access to the property is either via main lockable double gates or garage. Access to the house is either from the garage or sliding patio glass doors with lockable security grill.
