The host was fantastic and very kind! The laundry room super cute. The cabin is actually quite big! The driveway looks like a challenge and a bit intimidating, but ended up getting the hang of it pretty quickly. Love the seclusion, the nice soothing sound of the water in the back. The pools are nice. Mini pool table is cute! Beds are comfy. Wifi worked awesome! We also never ran out of hot water even with 3 of us showering right after another. We would book here again. It's right in the middle of everything to do, whether it be nature related or hustle and bustle. Lots of family fun. I miss it already!

Bearly Hidden is a really beautiful cabin. Absolutely clean as can be! The guest towels were very nice, and there were plenty provided for our use. We used the washer and dryer daily, and they both worked great (remember to bring your own detergent!). Check in went smoothly... we had a little trouble with the lock but the management folks we called were so responsive, and everything was handled in 5 minutes! We slept in the basement bedroom, and found it to be very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was excellent! The only draw back for us was the road up to the cabin, and the driveway. We made sure to be back to the cabin before dark, as the road up has pretty tight corners. The driveway to the cabin is quite steep, with a tight turn at the top. Our Subaru Outback handled it well, but we could see how a large truck or large SUV may have a hard time maneuvering. Thank you for sharing this lovely cabin with us... it was an enjoyable getaway!

Thank you so much for your review! We’re glad to hear you found the cabin very clean and that you’re planning to return — that truly means a lot to us. We also appreciate you sharing your feedback about the driveway. The cabin is located in a mountain setting, and the incline can be steep, especially during winter weather. We always recommend guests check conditions in advance and use appropriate vehicles or traction if snow or ice is present. Your note is helpful for future guests, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to mention it. We’d love to host you again and hope to welcome you back soon!

The house was excellent. However the problem hinges around the drive and nearby road. Snow and ice was coming in and we had to cut our stay by two days. That drive is too steep for winter

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very glad to hear that you enjoyed the home itself, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. Mountain properties in our area do have steep drives and winding roads, and winter weather can sometimes create challenging travel conditions, especially during active snow or ice events. We always recommend that guests visiting during the winter season plan accordingly with appropriate vehicles and monitor weather forecasts prior to arrival. We’re sorry that the weather impacted your stay and hope you might consider visiting again during another season to fully enjoy the property and surroundings.

Super easy to book and check in/out. My wife enjoyed the creek and the power recliner in living room. Nice set up for furry friends we did not use the kennel or bring our dogs but is set up for that. We did not use hot tub but did use porch area around it in the am to drink coffee and listen to the creek. It hit all our checks. Only downside was driveway and turning around if I would have been in Jeep instead of full size truck that would not have been an issue. Will book here again!!

It’s great to know the setup for furry friends was appreciated, even if you didn’t bring your dogs this time. We’re happy the cabin checked all your boxes, and we appreciate your note about the driveway—larger vehicles can definitely make the turn a bit tighter. We’re grateful for the feedback. This was a very cute cabin but we rented it for my parents and the driveway was not one that they were able to get in and out of, therefore we had to pick them up and drop them off using our 4 wheel drive truck- I can’t imagine doing it in the winter. The cabin was stocked well and worked well for them. There is not a bedroom on the main level so this will only work if you can do stairs.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, quant, and great location. 2 1/2 baths are ideal. Loved the decor and window views. TV in master bedroom was a plus. Grill was ok. Porch and sitting chairs and tables were decent. Missed not having an ice maker. Kitchen was decently equipped with what you need for the most part. Could use a few more large towels in master bathroom. The bonus was the access to the washer and dryer-loved it!! Pet friendly is nice for those needing it. The only really draw back was the driveway. It's not easy access!! It takes time to maneuver- tight, sharp turn from road, and steep is an understatement. However you do get better at it after some tries !

White water rafting get away

Perfect location! Super clean! Right in the middle of all the attractions and only 40 minutes from where we chose to raft! The creek running along the back yard was a perfect touch to our cabin experience! Our ONLY complaint is the key code entry never worked. However we were left with instructions incase this happened to a lock box outside with a key inside. So it truly wasn’t a big deal! We will happily stay at this location again!

You have a lovely home. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming. A real homey cuddly vibe. Location couldn’t have been more perfect. If we could, we’d buy the place. Driveway is a little scary. I don’t recommend reverse. Don’t back down or up. Don’t worry there’s plenty of wiggle room in the driveway to turn around once you’re down there. We look forward to returning soon!

Overall the house is very clean and the location is great. The place is very nice, alot of room and not very far from gat, or pidgenforge. we enjoyed it very much. Now for the others, this driveway is ruthless. very steep. we have a explorer and we spin up the drive way almost everytime. when it rained we actually didn't make it first couple tries. had to go almost all the way back down and gun it to make it to the top. Also the tv's in here are crazy small. I struggled to read it from the bed in the bottom room. (other two tv's are the same way)We had issues with the AC in the bottom room making awful noises when it compressor kicked on. To the point it kept us up when we used it at night. They had someone come out and said nothing was wrong, ( I sent a video but nothing more came of the situation. Other than that place was great. Would I stay again. No, only for the driveway reason. (Its rough) wouldn't recommend in snowy season. you will be stuck.
