This spacious and elegant basement condo has four large separate bedrooms, each equipped with double beds and a large wardrobe for optimal storage.



There is a full bathroom and an additional shower room, guaranteeing comfort and convenience for all occupants.



The large kitchen is fully equipped for 8 travellers. It has a main dining table for 4 people with access to 4 chairs. We have 4 additional chairs and a folding table for 4 extra people on site, ideal for sharing convivial meals with 8 people. The large living room offers a comfortable space to relax and spend quality time together.



The condo does not have air conditioning. However, there are 4 fans available in each bedroom.
