No illegal activities are permitted.
Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay.
Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 9 AM to respect other residents.

Guests must coordinate check-out with our team to allow for apartment inspection.
A cleaning fee may be charged if the apartment is left excessively dirty.
Lost or unreturned key cards will result in a replacement fee.
Any damage or missing items will be reported, and a compensation request submitted to Airbnb.
In cases of serious damage, theft, or illegal activity, we reserve the right to report the incident to local authorities.
