Guests will have access to the entire space

We are available by phone, airbnb messaging or in person if need be as we live in Tobermory year round.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Please leave the cottage as you find it, if not additional cleaning fees will be charged (dishes washed, surfaces clean,food items removed)

Please remove your boots and shoes when in the cottage.

Please be sure to extinguish the fire pit before leaving it. No fires during a fire ban. $1000.00 Fine will be charged

Absolutely no smoking in the house. Please put all cigarette butts in the fire pit and not on the lawn. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property.

Dogs are permitted: owners are responsible for any damage incurred Please remove all pet waste from the property Please vacuum and remove pet dander upon check-out Any unauthorized late check outs will be charged $100.00/per hour No fireworks Please do not leave food or waste outside as this attracts wildlife
