📍 Location & Access - Our home is situated along the beautiful Coosawattee river with access to multiple amenities including parks, pools, recreation centers, fishing areas, putt-putt, and much more. We are 20 minutes from downtown Ellijay and located on a well-maintained gravel road with parking space for 5 vehicles.

This is a gated community. ⭐Please send names and phone numbers of everyone in your group who may be a driver and need a pass for the gate. ⭐ We will then text these passes to each person listed. Keypad code to front door will be given 24 hours prior to check-in. Available via the Airbnb App.


Coosawattee River Resort welcomes you to over 5,500 acres of unspoiled wilderness. Here you can explore parks and fishing areas within the neighborhood. There are also 3 pools, a fitness center, and plenty of outdoor areas for tennis, basketball, pickleball and an 18-hole miniature golf course. When exploring locations within the Coosawattee River Resort, please be advised that it may be easier to exit the neighborhood along GA382 and then re-enter it rather than drive through the neighborhood.
