The Space:

Outside, the magic continues: a spectacular 20-meter private pool, automatically lit at dusk, becomes the heart of the garden—framed by river views and fruit trees. Evenings are perfect for gathering around the outdoor fireplace, enjoying a delicious BBQ, or unwinding with ping pong and poker in the game-filled basement.



The property spans 2,200 m² within an exclusive 6,000 m² private compound that hosts only two properties, surrounded by avocado, soursop, and lucuma trees. It is fully fenced internally to ensure complete privacy throughout your stay. The house consists of three levels and a basement: the rental area includes the first and second floors, as well as the basement, while the third floor houses separate apartments with their own private entrance—so your comfort and tranquility remain uninterrupted. This natural, healthy, and sustainable setting is a true sanctuary where connecting with nature becomes an essential part of the experience.

Please note that towels are not provided at the property, so we kindly recommend bringing your own for your stay.



-The reservation is confirmed exclusively for the total number of registered guests.

-The entry of additional visitors, even if only for daytime visits and without overnight stay, requires prior authorization from the host and is subject to an additional fee of USD 20 per person.



-If additional guests wish to stay overnight, a reservation modification request will be sent to update the total number of guests. The additional amount will be automatically calculated according to the current rate set on the platform at the time the modification is made.



-Events or parties are not permitted on the property. Guests must respect the house rules at all times, including the no-smoking policy and the prohibition of excessive noise.
