The room was as advertised. The hotel had issues with maintenance and housekeeping and the shuttle but that’s on the Marriott.

The staff was great and the Manager was very professional and accommodating. I was amazed he knew so much about the location as he was just brought to Florida from he other Marriott location.

The air conditioning system sounded like a freight train. Constantly cycled - you’d just fall asleep and then the “train” would start up. Front desk didn’t tell us anything about the property or amenities. No map of the property given or anything.

Disappointed with food choices. Poor selection. Need to add more items. Air conditioning was not the best. Our hallway was colder than the room. The pool was beautiful. Beach area was great also had second pool. Fun times.

The hotel was lovely, but I was not clear that this listing was a hotel broker and not a direct person as the listing shows a name and not the actual company - "Contact Adeth for info related to payments, modifying your reservation, check-in procedures or activities in the area." As I looked back to review, it also states "Guests will receive an email from the host with check-in and check-out instructions. There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the host ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation." - there is absolutely is a full service front desk. Finally, nowhere in the listing does it discuss the resort fee. We ran into an issue with sugar ants but they hotel fixed the issue. Because of having to deal with the sugar ants, they did not have us pay the resort fee, but this listing says "no hidden fees" - that is definitely not shown. I messaged the company about it already but 4 months later it is still not updated. They are renovating around the property and it continues to get better year over year.
