• This home is a duplex and while each side enjoys a portion of the dock on the water - the duplex areas have their own outdoor enjoyment spaces including each having a grill, patio, fire pit, etc. The dock portion of enjoyment is open for guests use as they wish with the owner utilizing the boat slip for docking access, etc.

Located at the 31-mile marker, Sunrise Beach offers easy access to popular lake attractions. Head to Captain Ron's for beachside dining, live music, and volleyball. • This property is accessed through a mix of paved, grass, and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep hills and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.

• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards
• Smart lock systems for timed guest access, ensuring your safety and convenience

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
• Up to 1 pet is allowed at 4 Waters Getaway
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and a mix of paved and gravel roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
