The residential complex is called **Gardenia Residences**, located in Tanja Al Balia, Tangier. It is located on the Deux Mers bypass, which leads to the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean.

- 10-15 minutes from the train station.
- 25 minutes from the airport.
- 15 minutes from the city center.
- 5 minutes from Villa Harris.
- 5 minutes from the nearest beach.
