Dette er et et-værelses, en-badeværelse enhed har hvad du har brug for til en behagelig ferie flugt. Stuen har et nyt 55-tommers fladskærms-tv med Blu-ray. Slap af i hvilestol og sofa.

Det store soveværelse har en ny king-size seng, kommode og et 32-tommers fladskærms-tv monteret i et hjørne af rummet. Badeværelset har alle standardfaciliteter plus et nyligt flisebelagt bad.

Køkkenet, med ethvert apparat, du har brug for, har nye bordplader af granit, der er klar til at lave et lækkert måltid. En morgenbar har også to afføring, der har ryg.

I spisepladsen er et rundt glasbord monteret på en mørk rottestativ suppleret af fire matchende rottestole, der har mønstrede lyseblå sædepuder.

Denne nedre enhed har fantastisk udsigt over bugten og sukker-hvide stranden fra spisestuen og køkkenet. Vinduer fra gulv til loft øger udsigten.

Room 204

Perfect location for walking everywhere to explore! Our washing machine was broke when we walked in but got fixed 2nd day. Bathroom smelled of urine terribly and just overall has a bad smell. We would definitely come back to area but would try another room. Don’t recall any conversation with a manager. Confirmation email had clear details for check in and check out.

Decent...

Condo was decent. When we arrived for our 4pm check in we were told our u it was ready yet... 3 hours later at 7pm it was finally ready. If you plan on cooking make sure you bring ALL seasonings- the condo has NOTHING! The pots and pans are horrible. There was a dirty towel on the kitchen counter when we finally got to our room. You can hear every little sound from your neighbors and people running the hallway...

Great Condo for the Beach

We had stayed at another condo several years ago, so knew what to expect as far as location and building features. When we arrived, the code was easy to enter and the place was ready for us. We were surprised that there was a lack of a few basic items that we normally have supplied with a kitchen/bedroom combo unit. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, no coffee filters for the Mr Coffee and no dish soap. I went down to the main office, and they were unable to help me. I emailed the management group (Brett-Robinson) and they had someone come up and drop the hand and dish soap off. The bed was a little too firm for my spouse (204 East).

Close to Highway 59

We had an amazing time! The beach was easily accessible. Short walking distance to Surf Side Pizza - it was amazing! Be sure and eat there or take to-go! The condo staff were friendly. The condo was well stocked with towels, pillows, and blankets. The porch was a nice size with a great view of the beach. FYI: No tents allowed on the beach except in designated area near the public beach about 100 yards from the water. Be sure and bring your own laundry detergent, dish soap, and scissors (their’s are dull). This is a company owned condo so it’s more like a hotel - no condiments or extras.

We loved the condo!

The condo was very nice and clean. However, the pool was small and one of the elevators were broken the whole time we were there so that was kind of annoying.

This is a nice condo for two, right on the beach and perfect for a Gulf Shores visit.

My husband and I enjoyed this condo, finding it very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, but we made things work for us. My only complaint is that we discovered dirty flatware and bakeware in the kitchen cabinets. I guess the previous occupant used a baking sheet for cinnamon rolls and stuck the sheet back in the cabinet without cleaning. Yuck! We also found soiled forks and knives. I am sure that cleaning personnel never consider that people are sometimes uncouth and nasty and thus never look for this kind of mess.

Perfect for 2

Very friendly staff at this place. Balcony isn’t completely private, the wall is cut back some so everyone else can see you out there. Very easy check in and out. Wasn’t crowded at all. Room was clean outside of the floor seemed a little dirty(there was some sand). Bed was very large and comfy. Would stay here again for sure.

Amazing

Such a good experience. We went at the busiest time of the year and the condo wasn’t overly crowded (we have been to Panama City beach before where you had to wait 30 minutes just to get on an elevator, so we really loved that there was no wait). You walk in the door and the condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Balcony was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped for our stay. We thought the parking was going to be a huge issue (from what we had read about the reviews online) but we had no problems with parking. Staff was super friendly and it was an easy walk to the beach. It was close to everything which we really enjoyed. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be coming here again.
