Welcome to your cozy 31st floor one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo, freshly updated with new paint and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy a quick snack.

Step out onto the spacious lanai and enjoy panoramic views of the peaceful Ala Wai Canal alongside the majestic Ko'olau Mountains. The lanai also features a comfortable seating area—an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind while taking in the stunning scenery.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and welcoming open living area designed for easy, comfortable living. There’s a smart TV in the living room, along with free high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected and entertained. The living area also includes a sofa sleeper, offering additional sleeping space for extra guests.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring the island.

Situated on the quieter edge of Waikiki and Ala Wai, this condo offers a peaceful retreat, yet you’re just a short 5-minute walk from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. Unit is clean and the accommodations were adequate. Patio door rattles as does dresser. The bed was comfortable. Normally the patio doors would not be an issue but during our entire stay, it was very windy and the doors were constantly rattling. We put a small piece of cardboard at the top to wedge the door and make it a bit quieter. We were not able to get the bedroom TV working.

The location was very convenient to everything in Waikīkī. The unit was clean and well equipped. It was a good value for what we paid. I would stay there again.

Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Condo is smaller than the photos show but more than enough for 2 to 4 people. Parking on site is 45 per night.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed for about a week in this unit. The views were great. Breakfast on the patio every morning! The cross breeze throughout the unit was everything we had imagined and hoped for. Perfect for 2 people and has everything you need. The management co made the check in and out process simple. The pool, whirlpool, sauna, laundry, we took advantage of all the amenities. The building is centrally located near a target for quick groceries, major luxury brands, coffee shops, food and entertainment. We were already thinking of going back next year!!

Comfortable, clean and spacious with excellent views of the canal, Diamond Head and ocean. Walking distance to everything. Check in process was easy and quick. The host was quick in responding to messages and questions prior to check in and did not have the need to contact yhe host during our entire 1week stay. Would have appreciated a couple more chairs for the table in the eating area as we were 4 of us. Also the travel size toiletries provided ran out on day 1. Flights limit liquid sizes on carry on if you don’t have checked baggage so had to purchase toiletries for our stay. Otherwise it was a very good first time experience for us renting a condo instead of booking a hotel.

This was an excellent spot to start our tour of Oahu and Hawai’i. The 31st floor view of mountains, canal, Diamond Head, and waves at Waikiki were wonderful. We had most of what we needed for every meal we cooked (we bought coffee filters for ground coffee we purchased on island). Parking in the neighborhood is expensive, as is food, so plan for that-the 45/day was in keeping with surrounds and was amazingly convenient and plenty of spots. Though good for safety the elevator separation to parking lot was mildly annoying-a minor issue. The pool, hot tub, and sauna we expertly complimented with six, large gas grills where we cooked two of our dinners and ate outside-an unexpected gift. Centrally located, everything was close on foot or by car. Surf board rentals are plentiful, and Moku Hawaii rented 70/board for 4days, with continuous exchanges to match breaks of the day.This was a great rental for our family of four-hosts responded rapidly. We would definitely rent again if we are able to return. NOTE: Gym is not included in the rental and costs 10 per person per day.

2nd and last time here, never again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was closed for 7 out of our 11 nights, and zero urgency to reopen. The front desk lady made it clear that they prioritize hotel guests over rental guests, and was rude and unhelpful. Last time we stayed here had a great time, but now I cannot see going back.
