Somewhere Amenities:

Bedrooms - Every bed has charging stations, plug in electric towers and personal night lights. All pillows and mattresses are protected using waterproof hypoallergenic covers. Each bed has clean white pillow cases and sheets. A Duval cover that is washed after each stay is included on every bed. All bedrooms have blackout privacy shades to close off all windows and glass doors. Ceiling fans for your comfort. There are 3 personal safes located in Master 1 & 2 as well as the Perch. There are plenty of dresser drawers and closets to hang your swimsuit in

Jungle Perch - Follow the walkway down to our secret private jungle platform. Here you can be a part of the jungle and watch for animals. Plenty of seating to enjoy conversation, drinks or story telling with your friends. Or enjoy the solitude alone while in this amazing jungle surrounding. There is a fire pit on the platform for your enjoyment as well

Swimming Pool - Our pool is large enough for games and also includes a sun deck. With 2 waterfalls and 3 fountains, this pool is a pleasure to be in

Outdoor Pool Shower - After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand and salt water under our outdoor poolside shower.

Pool Cabana - Stay out of the sun under this thatch roof shade structure. Close to the pool with plenty of lounge seating and a large coffee table

Outdoor Master Bedroom Shower - No Costa Rica trip would be complete without taking an outdoor shower…. swimsuits are optional! This shower has a great view of the Pacific Ocean

Game Level - Plenty of fun here! We have beautiful new game equipment which include a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard and foosball tables along with darts

BBQ Grill Station - Beautiful new gas grill awaits your fresh fish catch, meat or vegetables you wish to grill.

Large Smart TV on Rolling Station - Roll this where you want. Enjoy a evening movie out by the pool!

2nd Level Patio - On this level we have amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. You can even see Manuel Antonio from here. The sunset views are priceless. There is a large open patio with a Corn Hole game for your fun.

Glass Showers - You will want to take long, hot showers in one of our two glass showers. With breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and plenty of glass to soak it all in. Enjoy this view alone or with someone special. After all, you are “Somewhere” now!

Movie Room - A special private room full of bean bags to lounge on while you watch your favorite movie

Hot Tub - Our hot tub will hold your entire group. Enjoy sitting together in the warm water while you reminisce your life or tell fun stories

Air Conditioning and Water - Somewhere is completely air conditioned. You will enjoy this comfort. The water is from a fresh spring. It is safe to drink and delicious

Animal Paintings - A local artist was hired to paint all the local animals in the area. The home consists of 40 animal oil paintings. If you miss seeing an animal in the wild, you will for sure see it inside Somewhere

Landscaping - Somewhere has wonderful landscaping with many unique plants and flowers that attracts many visits from local beautiful butterflies

Kitchen - We have everything you will need in the kitchen. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, glasses, fruit juicer, Margarita mixer, K-Cup and Drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder. Everything you need, we have in our kitchen. The large granite kitchen bar seats 7. There are 3 other dining tables that will seat a total of 24, space for everyone! There is also plenty of outdoor dining


Security - Somewhere sits within the jungle on a mountainside behind a roadside security gate. Then we also have a private automatic gate & steel fencing for the home. The fencing has soft night lights that gently light up the compound during the evening hours. There are also security cameras that capture the perimeter grounds
