Thanks for checking out my place! I'm excited you’re thinking about staying here, and I want you to feel right at home the moment you walk through the door (preferably barefoot and with a drink in hand).
A little about me: I’ve been in construction and real estate for almost 20 years now. I build homes, fix them up, and manage a mix of long-term rentals and vacation spots like this one. Hosting short-term guests is one of the best parts of what I do. There’s something special about helping folks make memories—whether you’re here for a weekend escape, a family getaway, or just a peaceful change of scenery.
I love this beach house, and I think you will too. It’s one of those spots where time slows down, the breeze feels just right, and the sound of the waves does most of the talking. I’ve put a lot of thought into making sure the space feels easygoing but well-stocked—clean, cozy, and ready for whatever kind of vacation you’re dreaming of.
What makes hosting great for me is knowing that this place gets to be part of your story. Maybe you’re watching the sunset on the deck with a glass of wine, teaching your kids how to boogie board, or just catching up on a book you’ve been meaning to read. I love knowing the house is giving people room to relax, reconnect, and recharge.
When I’m not working on real estate projects, I volunteer in my community, and help other folks learn the ropes of investing and building. I’ve also served on my city’s Planning and Zoning Board and Building Standards Board, so I take pride in doing things the right way—safe, smooth, and stress-free for my guests.
Whether you're here to hit the beach, unwind on the porch, or explore the local food spots, I hope this house gives you the break you’ve been needing.
Reach out if you have any questions—I’m always happy to help and make sure your stay is five-star worthy.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

I picked this beach neighborhood because it’s the kind of place that feels like a true getaway—laid-back, friendly, and full of charm. You won’t find the big crowds or tourist traps here. What you will find is peace, ocean air, and that “we’ve arrived” feeling the moment you pull in.

As someone who works in real estate and construction, I’ve seen a lot of neighborhoods. But this one stood out to me. It’s not just about being near the beach—it’s about the vibe. This area has a great mix of locals and visitors, so it feels alive but never overwhelming. Whether you’re grabbing fresh seafood, riding bikes along the coast, or watching the sunset from the porch, everything moves a little slower here—and that’s the whole point.

I also love how easy it is to get around. You’re close to the essentials, but tucked away enough to actually hear the waves. The community is welcoming, family-friendly, and just quiet enough to let you fully unplug. For me, it checked all the boxes: safe, scenic, and soulful.

I wanted to create a space where guests could enjoy the kind of vacation I’d want for my own family—something simple, relaxing, and memorable. That’s exactly what this neighborhood offers. Whether you’re a couple looking for a romantic weekend or a family ready to make beach memories, this spot delivers.

It’s more than just a location—it’s a feeling. That’s why I chose it. And I hope you feel it too.

What sets this beach house apart is the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and thoughtful design—all in an unbeatable location.

First off, the breathtaking ocean view from the balcony is something you’ll never forget. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or winding down at sunset, the view stretches wide and uninterrupted—no rooftops, no crowds—just pure, peaceful coastline.

Another major plus? No backyard neighbors. That means more privacy, more quiet, and more space to relax without feeling boxed in. It’s one of those rare spots where you can truly disconnect and soak in the surroundings.

Inside, the layout is perfect for families or groups. Every guest gets their own space to unwind because each bedroom has its own private bathroom—no waiting in line, no sharing if you don’t want to. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference in comfort.

For fun and entertainment, you’ll love the separate game room—ideal for movie nights, board games, or letting the kids have their own hangout space while the adults relax.

The kitchen? It’s a dream. Outfitted with high-end Thermador appliances, it’s fully equipped whether you’re whipping up breakfast or hosting a full seafood dinner. It’s stylish, functional, and designed for serious cooking or casual bites alike.

And let’s not forget the master bathroom, which includes a bidet for that extra touch of comfort and class you didn’t know you needed until you tried it.

All in all, this house isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s a full experience. From the view to the finishes, it was designed to help you feel at ease, spoiled, and totally at home.
