Enjoy your well-appointed and very comfortable private condo in the newest tower in Jaco Beach. You will be located on the 3rd floor with a very nice view of the rainforest-covered mountains and the 3 pools that are available. Enjoy hanging out at the pool or shooting some billiards, and playing foosball. With two covered ranchos each
containing a BBQ, there's plenty of space to chill. Your condo will be fully stocked with everything from soap to beach towels. A short walk to everything in Jaco!
The space
Your private condo is a spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath with 2 beds. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed. In the living room there is also a double pull out couch. You'll have a private balcony with seating for 3, great views of the rainforest-covered mountains that surround Jaco Beach, and views of the 3 pools available at Viva Jaco. Your vacation condo comes with everything you'll need to be comfortable on your vacation, cook a meal, or take a short stroll to the nearby restaurants. Conveniently located for all of the fun that Jaco Beach has to offer.

Additionally, avoid hanging towels or clothing on the balcony rails or furniture.

ID number will be required. Your license plate number will also be required if you bring a vehicle.
*Additional guests who are not listed on the reservation are not allowed.
