Unwind in the hot tub, soak up the coastal scenery, or take advantage of the community pool, just steps away, for a refreshing swim. With ample space for families and groups, this retreat comfortably accommodates guests while providing privacy and convenience—including parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Whether you're sipping coffee on the balcony, exploring nearby attractions, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze, this home delivers the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation.

Villa Mare comfortably sleeps 18-20 with additional sleeping options with a pull out sofa.

The Space Main Level:
-Spacious living room with a Roku TV and windows framing the breathtaking ocean views. Our Roku TV lets you stream your favorite shows, movies, and sports using your own subscriptions—just log in and start watching! Whether it's Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or YouTube, you control the experience. No cable restrictions—just pure, personalized entertainment!

-Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to whip up a feast.

-Enjoy slow coastal mornings at the breakfast counter where the open design ensures you never lose sight of the waves while brewing your morning coffee.

-Dining area perfect for shared meals and laughter.

-Walk out to the oceanfront deck with seating to soak in the sights and sounds of the waves!

Outdoor Paradise

* Direct beach access just steps away. Ideal spot for sunrises, stargazing, and ocean breezes !

-This level also has the main level master suite with an en-suite bath featuring a separate tub and shower for ultimate relaxation.


Second Floor:
Upstairs, you'll find plenty of room for family and friends to spread out and relax.

-Two spacious bedrooms each feature comfortable King-sized beds, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach (as well as oceanfront views!)
-Large bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds – ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests!
-Three full bathrooms ensure everyone has space to freshen up!

Whether guests are looking for a quiet place to sleep or a fun bunk space for the kids, this floor has something for everyone.

The third floor offers another private bedroom featuring a queen bed and a twin bed, offering spectacular ocean views right from your window (great for couples traveling with a child or an extra guest). Additionally, this level offers another bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests as well!

This floor is ideal for those who love a quiet, scenic escape while still having plenty of room for family and friends.

Lastly, the "lighthouse floor" has a desk/workspace along with a couch for a private retreat space. There is a pull out sofa located at this level as well.

There is a private hot tub for guest use located outside ground level of home. This makes it accessible to everyone staying at Villa Mare! * Please note the posted rules and do not allow any unsupervised children near the hot tub. Hot tub use is not recommended for children 8 years or younger. All minors must be supervised by a responsible adult. No glass in or near the hot tub. No food in the hot tub. There is an outdoor shower next to the tub- please rinse of sand/lotions prior to entering tub.

We have TWO outdoor showers.
The Boardwalk Rinse: Located directly on your private beach walkway, this refreshing station allows you to leave the sand at the shore, rinsing off gear and feet before even stepping onto the deck at the house.

The Spa-Side Rinse: Located by the hot tub, this open shower station features both hot and cold water. To keep the hot tub experience pristine for everyone in your group, we kindly ask that all guests use the Boardwalk Shower first to remove heavy sand, followed by a quick Spa-Side Shower rinse to remove any remaining oils or lotions before entering the hot tub.

****Important things to note****
*A signed rental agreement is required and should be signed by the same individual who made the booking. Third party bookings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without refund in violation of VRBO rules.
*Travel insurance is STRONGLY encouraged to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, weather disruption and mandatory evacuations due to hurricanes or other emergencies.
If you feel there is a chance you may have to cancel, it is highly recommended that you purchase travel cancellation insurance when booking, which is available through VRBO or privately.

*There is No Smoking or vaping on property (indoor or outdoors). A $250.00 penalty fee for smoking on the property will be applied in addition to any cleaning/treatment needed to get rid of the smell and will be deducted from the security deposit for damages.
*No pets allowed. A $500.00 penalty fee for unauthorized pets will be applied in addition to any cleaning/restoration to the accommodations if one is found on the property and will be deducted from the security deposit for damages and/or cleaning due to the unauthorized animal.
*Please respect the neighbors by complying with noise regulations and keeping noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00AM.
*A starter supply of basic essentials is provided consisting of toilet paper, coffee pods, paper towels and garbage/recycle bags.
*There is no elevator at this property.
*Parties and other social gatherings are strictly prohibited.

*Pool is open May - October 1, weather permitting and is maintained by the HOA therefore we have no control over any interruptions in the pool schedule.
*The volleyball course adjacent to the house is a neighbor's private property and not for any Villa Mare guest use.
