First the good. This property is located very close to most major attractions in Memphis. It is bright, modern and a comfortable stay. Loved the bed and furnishings and decor. Not too little, not too much. The host was very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. It does not include parking but the pay garage across the street is convenient and reasonably priced. Next, the bad. This is a second floor unit without elevator access. It’s up 20 steps of a single flight stair. I’m a fit 78 year old man without any health issues but hurt my back pulling our luggage up the first night. If you are elderly or have health issues, look elsewhere. If you are a younger person, pack light. Next, the kitchen. It is very, very sparsely equipped. If you cook, keep it simple and expect to run the dishwasher alot. And lastly, codes. You need different codes for most everything. You need a code to open to enter the building, different one to enter the unit and a third (with a key) to use the pool which I didn’t because of my back. Yes, it’s doable but a lot and adds to stress is staying in unfamiliar surroundings. To sum up, this is a nice, modern, clean comfortable unit in a good location at a reasonable price but would I stay here again? Sorry, my aching back says no.
