GUEST ACCESS

• You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home sits on a nice lot with a secluded backyard area making it perfect for yard games and tailgating. Enjoy the Blackstone grill on the front patio, throw some darts and relax with a view of Grand Lake.

• We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

• We have a single car carport that you're welcome to park in during your stay. However, we keep a table, chairs, Blackstone grill, and dart board setup in the carport for a fun outdoor entertainment space, so you might need to move a few things if you need.

• Our driveway fits 2 vehicles

• Feel free to park on the side of the street out front! Just be mindful not to block the road or any neighbors' driveways!


LOCATION

• Super convenient location in the heart of Grove, OK. Just minutes from anything you'd need: Wal-Mart, Lowes, Starbucks, Shopping, Boutiques, and dozens of amazing restaurants!

• We're only a 5 minute drive to Wolf Creek Boat Ramp & 7 min drive to Honey Creek Area State Park which also has a boat ramp.

• We're also only a 5 minute drive to Downtown Grove where you'll find some fun boutiques and great local restaurants.


OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE

• Please respect our neighbors who live here full time and observe our quiets hours between 10pm-8am, 7 days a week

• There is NO lake access, do not use neighbors' properties to access the water!! A neighborhood ramp is down Dogwood Dr. to the left.

• This house uses a septic system. Don’t flush anything other than toilet paper!

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom (two rolls of Toilet Tissue per bathroom), and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests' responsibility. Please bring anything you feel you might need.

• All of our TVs are smart TVs and ready for you to stream from your own accounts.
