✦ Before You Arrive:
For reservations greater than 14 days, all guests (adults & children over age 2) must be registered. There is a max of 3 guests allowed in the unit. Your reservation may be cancelled if all names are not included.

Everyone staying at the home must be listed on your reservation —no unregistered guests allowed.


✦You will be provided a physical key for the main entrance via lockbox. There will be a charge of $250 for a lost key and lock replacement.

✦You will be provided a key fob via lockbox for access to the community amenities. There will be a charge of $250 for any lost key fob.

Community Rules:
- Pool Open daily from 9:30AM-10:00PM
- Fitness Center open from 7AM -10PM
-Residents under age 16 must be accompanied by a resident of at least 18 years old
-No glass items or alcohol allowed
-Street clothing is not allowed in the pool
-Swim attire ONLY in pool
-No horseplay or music at pool

✦Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦ Please note that pets are NOT allowed.

✦ Parking: First come, first served parking is available on the street or in the parking lot. On-site, covered, reserved parking is available for a fee of $20 per reservation.

In order to use this option, we collect payment before check-in. You must provide the color, make and model of your vehicle for registration as soon as possible. If you try to park in a reserved stall without paying, your vehicle is subject to towing at your own expense.

NOTE: Parking can only be reserved for one vehicle per unit. We will not be held liable for any missing or stolen property kept in the parking carport.

✦We have an exterior camera facing the front of the apartment.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a damage deposit (up to$500) to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

✦Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Please Note:
While we want you to enjoy all the amazing amenities the community has to offer, we cannot guarantee their availability during your stay. The hours and access to pools, lakes, courts, and other shared facilities are determined by the homeowners’ association, and may change due to weather, staffing, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Schedules are usually shared weekly by the community, and no refunds will be issued for amenities that may be closed or unavailable during your visit. We appreciate your understanding!
