Warm Springs Lodge is a two-minute drive away, downtown Ketchum is five, and Sun Valley Resort is less than ten. Oh, and if you're traveling with a big crew? Due to the historic nature, bespoke furnishings, and one-of-a-kind design elements throughout this home, a $1,500 refundable security deposit is required. This helps ensure the care and preservation of this thoughtfully restored property so that it can continue to be enjoyed for years to come.
