Hi! We’re Danielle and Grady — touring musicians, travelers, and your neighbors during your stay. We live right next door and are excited to welcome you to this special home just outside of Nashville.

We bought this property with a vision: to create a peaceful, creative retreat for fellow artists, families, and travelers. As musicians ourselves, we know how important it is to have a calm and inspiring space to rest, write, and recharge — especially when visiting a city like Nashville. This home is not only our future retirement plan, but also a way for us to offer stability in the often unpredictable world of music.

We also own a recording studio next door and love hosting artists who want to be fully immersed in their craft while recording. But whether you're here for music, relaxation, or just a quiet escape, we're here to make sure you feel safe, supported, and at home.

You'll often find us tending to the property — watering plants, caring for our chickens (who may provide you with fresh eggs if they’re laying!), or simply enjoying the peaceful setting. We do have one long-term tenant who lives in the house in a completely separate, private area with their own entrance. They don’t have access to your space, but you might see them around the yard occasionally.

We keep the home clean, clutter-free, and cozy — with just the right balance of comfort and creativity. We’re always nearby if you have questions, and we genuinely enjoy getting to know our guests. Who knows — we may even meet again in your hometown or at a house concert someday!

We chose this home because it’s right next door to where we live — and we truly love this area. Pleasant View is a quiet, beautiful town with a small-town feel and everything we need day to day, while still being just a short drive to the heart of Nashville.

As full-time musicians and creatives, it was important for us to stay close to the energy and opportunities of the city, but also to find peace, space, and a slower pace when we’re home. This neighborhood gives us the perfect balance of both — and we hope our guests feel the same way during their stay.

What really sets our property apart is the on-site professional recording studio, available to guests who want to create while they stay — a rare find just outside Nashville! Many artists stay here to fully immerse themselves in the music without distractions.

Inside the home, you’ll find beautiful modern updates paired with rustic charm — including exposed ceiling beams that add warmth and character. Outside, our free-range chickens add a touch of country life that kids especially love. When they’re laying, we love sharing fresh eggs with our guests!

It’s the perfect blend of comfort, creativity, and quiet — all just 25 minutes from downtown Nashville.
