From there, you'll enter a hallway and down a few steps into the heart of the home, the open-concept living/kitchen/dining area. Two bedrooms are off of the main living area and the third is up a few steps at the rear of the property, where you'll also find the full bathroom and laundry facilities.

Lower Jenkins Cove is in an area of Twillingate referred to by locals at "Durrells" or "down Durrells" or "down arm". It's a lovely area with easy access to both the ocean and the Rockcut Hiking Trail system.
