We were very happy with the accommodations. The unit had a well stocked kitchen and, plenty of items to help make a beach vacation enjoyable- chairs, umbellas, towels, cooler etc. We would recommend staying here and hope to come back some day.

Condo is so new, beautifully decorated and clean! Very well stocked and beach items were perfect! Location is end unit with two screened in porches and located right on the beach. Building includes elevator, shopping cart for groceries & luggage rack. Short distance from town and restaurants. We LOVED everything about it!! Host was wonderful to communicate with. We hope to visit again soon!

This was the best condo we have stayed in for many years. Extremely well equipped. Great quiet location on a great beach. Close to downtown and easy to get around. We will be back!

This condo was everything the listing said and more! Due to hurricane damage, the entire condo has been redone and is beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, especially the guest bed, and everything felt spacious and had plenty of storage. The owners provide everything you need for the beach, as well as some extras that most others do not. I would definitely recommend this condo.

We loved our stay! Everything is as advertised! It was great to unwind and have breakfast on the lanai overlooking the water. Also, the location is super convenient- we never had to drive! We could walk or take the free trolley to many restaurants and shops. Finally, Holly, the owner was super attentive and responsive. We are looking forward to visiting again!

We absolutely loved this condo! It is beautifully decorated and maintained. The oceanfront location is just steps from the beach. Holly was amazing and made our stay next level. She has thought of everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. It is plain to see that the owners take pride in the property. We will definitely plan another stay here and you should too!

This place was amazing! Everything about it. The rooms, the view, the beach, the communication with the owner. Each day we found something more, that we enjoyed. We have NEVER stayed at a place that was so stocked with things we could use throughout the week. The sunsets were amazing every night. And we saw dolphins every day. We saw hundreds of sand dollars. And found great shells.We would recommend this place a hundred times over!

Don’t think twice - book it! This condo is beautiful, in a great quiet location and well equipped. Holly was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable along with a top notch view of the Gulf and the bay!! We will be back!

Holly is an amazing host! Our vacations throughout the years have been stays at VRBO's versus hotels and Holly by far is the best. The location is unbeatable and walkable to everything, and the amenities provided are unrivaled, welled stocked and very clean.

5/5 — Perfect Fall Break GetawayWe returned to this area for fall break — a place that’s always been special to us — and this condo made our stay even better. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and clearly updated with a lot of care and attention to detail. Holly, the host, was fantastic to work with — extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from beach chairs and towels to a well-stocked kitchen, which made traveling so much easier. We also loved the thoughtful touches like extra spices, paper towels, and other items left by previous guests — it gave the place a wonderful “pay it forward” feeling that made it feel like home.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return!

Oh my gosh! There is no better option in Ft Myers Beach than this wonderful, elevator equipped condo unit with its two screened in porches overlooking the beautiful wide beach. This literally is the last building on the road and it is perfectly quiet here yet close to town. There’s a patio with gas grills and a table and chair set right beside the beach. The beach is perfect as is the pool that overlooks it. The little park right outside has some shaded picnic areas nobody used except me and my fiddle. This condo is the superbly managed, cleaned, maintained and stocked. Everything for the beach: chairs, beach towels, cooler, toys, umbrellas, even insulated drink holders and tumblers to take your ice cold J&T down to the beach or pool. You’ll find a very impressive collection of kitchen equipment. Every cupboard and drawer in the place held a surprise. Batteries, laundry soap, bar soap flashlights, rain umbrella, loads of cleaning and sanitizing supplies. Literally every surface, appliance and space has been meticulously cleaned and tended to perfection. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. If you have read this far, you know now that we think this is a perfect place to stay. We wanted to share how much we loved this spot and hated to leave. Chat with host Holly who will pay close attention to your needs. We hope that your stay here will be as fulfilling as ours. We’ll be back. -T from Vermont.

This is a great condo. It has a very well thought out and stocked kitchen. In fact, probably the best kitchen I’ve had in a VRBO rental. The living and sleeping spaces are both pretty and comfortable. The building is in a great location and has a very nice pool. Because of it’s location on the north end of the island, the views from the porch are spectacular. The owner was easy to work with. I would absolutely book this home again.
