The Space:

Evenings settle around a massive wood‑burning fire pit, the sky filling with stars while the scent of pine lingers in the cool breeze. This private campground invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and share moments with family or friends across a landscape that feels both expansive and intimate.



Sleeping arrangements

- Three tiny homes, each with a bedroom, loft, and pull‑out sofa bed, provide cozy private spaces.

- An original cabin offers two bedrooms, a full‑size laundry room, and shared bathroom facilities.

- Five and a half baths serve the group, and bed linens are supplied for the cabin beds.

- Five RV sites with full hookups and additional tent camping areas accommodate larger parties.



Outdoor living

- Fifteen miles of biking, horseback, and hiking trails weave through wooded terrain, perfect for winter walks.

- Two stocked ponds invite quiet afternoons of fishing.

- A massive outdoor fire pit becomes the natural gathering spot on cold nights.

- An outdoor basketball and pickleball court offers active recreation during daylight hours.

- A pavilion houses an outdoor living room with a gas fire table, grills, and a dining area for shared meals under the sky.



Kitchen & dining

- A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, and coffee maker.

- Cooking basics and dining essentials are provided, and a large dining table seats the group for communal meals.



Comfort & convenience

- Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi‑Fi, and a dedicated workspace support both short stays and longer retreats.

- Washer, dryer, clothing storage, hangers, and an iron keep daily life easy.

- Family‑friendly items such as a pack‑n‑play and high chair are available.

- Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first‑aid kit.

- The property is pet‑friendly, smoking is allowed, and self‑check‑in is managed through a smart lock.

- Situated in Spencer, Tennessee, the retreat is a short drive from Fall Creek Falls State Park, Ozone Falls, Cummins Falls, Lost Creek Falls, and Scott’s Gulf Wilderness State Park.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the 400 acres of this property excluding select owners closets.

If you will have more than a total of 31 persons in your reservation, please reach out to us prior to making your reservation and advise on the total number for your event.



All vehicles, including off road vehicles must remain on the gravel roads at this property. You are responsible for any destruction of our trails caused by on or off-road vehicles.
