We loved everything about this property. It felt safe, was clean, cozy, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the beach. There are nearby stores, restaurants and Luquillo beach. We will surely return.

GORGEOUS VIEW!! We had a perfect stay. We discovered too late the cute downtown area of Luquillo with so many fun spots to eat, drink, and be merry. We would absolutely stay here again! The property was just as lovely as the pictures showed. We had a fantastic dinner at Sama- delicious food and beautiful view.

We had a great time! My 2 teenagers loved the proximity to the beach and we loved watching and listening the waves in the morning with a cup of coffee. The view of the ocean from the property was amazing.

Beautiful beach front property. Conveniently located next to beach, stores, restaurnts, major roads and attractions. House was equipped with everything needed for your stay. Only thing i would have owner consider is adding extra roll of both toilet tissue paper and paper towels.

Lovely little apartment on the ground floor. We had a great time as a family of 5. 2 boys shared the twin beds room, daughter had her own queen size room with tv, my husband and I used the master bedroom. Kids had their own bathroom, grownups had their own bathroom. The house was nicely stocked with sunscreen, after sun lotions, bug spray, beach towels, etc. There were beach toys, boogie boards, umbrella fan chairs waiting for us at the house. We sat on the front porch drinking coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean in the am, and watched the sun set while sitting on the beach in the evening. The easiest part was getting to the beach, out the back door, cross the street, you are on the beach. Neighborhood was quiet. We met some neighbors that lived in the same apartments- they were very kind and friendly. The kids used boogie boards on the beach non stop. Air conditioning worked great. Water pressure was great. Apartment complex was great. We saw wild iguanas, heard the wild frogs, we had no issues with no bugs or pests. We would stay here again! Do yourself a favor and book here!! The place was just as nice as in the photos, actually, better than the photos. The ocean is so close and there's a fabulous view from the patio. Beautiful palm trees, lovely breezes, beach to walk on for miles. I appreciated all the beach towels and beach chairs, and even noodles for swimming. Thank you!

Perfect Location for a great Vacation!

My family and I stayed for 5 nights, the condo was very clean and up kept. It was easy entry to the property and the host was responsive. The beach supplies provided were perfect! Would definitely stay again.

Great Location within a few feet of beautiful Luquillo Beach. Exploring the town, Rainforest and Kiosk is a must. We stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Thank you so much for hosting our family!
