NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.
• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.
• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $125 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
