Mornings begin just as gently, with coffee at the dining table or a few quiet moments outside overlooking the city view.

Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this entire rental unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, offering privacy and comfort for couples, friends, or small families. Room-darkening shades, clothing storage, a safe, and bedroom and laundry essentials help you settle in with ease. Two full bathrooms make mornings simple, with bathroom essentials and hot water ready when you are.

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, whether you are preparing breakfast before heading out or winding down with dinner at home. A refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and dining table support both quick bites and longer meals. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils are available to make mealtime flexible and comfortable.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.

It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate. Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host. *Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We have a private transportation service with additional cost that is available for you to move around the city with ease.



If you wish to hire it, it is important that you request it at least 15 hours in advance in order to coordinate it properly.



You can also use the cab service or platforms such as Uber.
