Ideally situated adjacent to the iconic Dipsea Steps, this home offers unparalleled access to Marin’s most celebrated hiking and biking trails, beaches and parks. A 10 minute picturesque walk down the Dipsea stairs brings you to Mill Valley’s quaint downtown and Old Mill Park. Venture up the historic stairs 5 minutes and you’ll find Panoramic Drive and or a beautiful 1-hour hike to world-renowned Muir Woods. The Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco lie just 15 minutes away, offering access to more world-class dining, arts, and culture.

The residence comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, with a pullout bed in the large family room, which has additional space for our 2 queen air mattresses if needed (sleeping up to 12-14) making it perfect for family gatherings or small retreats.
