The listing is for a private 3-bedroom unit with its own entrance in a two-unit home, which is noted in the listing description, but I understand how this may not have been immediately clear. The late arrival you mentioned was a guest checking into the separate unit after significant travel delays. Unfortunately, the timing created an unexpected situation, and I completely understand how that could have been alarming in the moment. Teajah and her family were friendly and communicative. We had a misunderstanding about our gathering policy. What began as a small family dinner did grow into a larger house party, which isn’t allowed under our house rules. We discussed it during their stay; they were receptive, and they told me the guests were leaving, and I appreciated their understanding. However, unregistered guests returned overnight. With clear agreement on house rules, I believe future stays will be enjoyable for both host and guest.
