Beliggenhed:
Nyd den lille by Californiens charme med alle bekvemmeligheder. Beliggende i centrum af byen og på havet kan du gå til en lang række restauranter, Starbucks, bageri, yogastudier, historisk biograf, wellness-center og miles fra stranden. Gå til Coaster-toget og kør jernbanen til nærliggende byer eller San Diego.

Kør til Torrey Pines golfbane (20 minutter), Del Mar racerplads / racerbane (5 minutter), Lego Land (10 minutter), San Diego (30 minutter) og Los Angeles (90 minutter).
Eller bare sidde på terrassen og nyd udsigten til poolen og havet.

Ocean front Condo i 19 enheder meget privat udvikling med pool og jacuzzi. Komplet ombygget og renoveret i 2013 med høje ende finish og alle nye apparater og møbler i rustfrit stål. Tilpasset aderwood kabinet i hele, granit tællere, brugerdefineret glasbelysning og rygsprøjt, gas pejs og travertin gulve. Møblering inkluderer fladskærms HD-tv, WiFi. Great vacation

The condo is exactly as described on VRBO. We enjoyed our stay and Guy was an excellent host. Strata is secure and assigned parking.

30 nights of ocean views and spectcular sunsets.

Perfect for us. Walking distance for dining, beaches, and shops. Host very responsive when we had questions.

I have stayed in so many vacation homes/condos and this is by far the best one we have experienced. The inside is wonderful everything you would need. The location is excellent. Can walk to so many restaurants/botiques . The ocean view with the sunset is perfect. I would tell anyone to stay here

Encinitas vacation

The location was amazing. We could walk to just about anything we wanted. Wonderful ocean view. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Guy was incredibly responsive when we needed for anything. Would recommend staying here and we are hoping to be back next year.

Amazing

My wife enjoyed everything about our stay, The unit was cozy but yet very functional. The people we met in the adjoining units were nice and inviting. Can't say enough about the town of Encinitas and surrounding areas, small town feel with all the conveniences. Guy was very responsive to the questions we had. Looking forward to next year!

Location, location, location!

My husband and I spent 6 glorious weeks at this property. Location was amazing, quick walk into town to the many great restaurants, or quick walk to beach or many overlooks. The view and the sound of the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets from the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Great location. Can see the Pacific the entire time and the proximity to amenities is fantastic. Everything was as advertised. Owners are very good with communication and helpful with anything needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, perfect condo

Encinitas Dream

My wife and I stayed at this property for the full month of February 2021. The stay was everything we hoped for and more! The condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable! Fireplace was a plus for some of the cooler nights and the patio grill came in handy. The jacuzzi was just steps away and used frequently throughout the month after our workouts. The main attraction, the ocean view and sounds, was spectacular! The location was excellent! We enjoyed our daily walks to the beach (Moonlight Beach) and access to many restaurants and coffee shops. Owners Guy & Joan were very accommodating and responsive! Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for an extended stay vacation!

Our visit was marred by a trip to the hospital for my husband. One thing I learned is that this unit is less than Ten minutes from Scripps Encinitas Hospital which probably saved his life!

Beautiful condo in an excellent location.

We rented this condo so we could have a place to self-quarantine upon return to the US from our home in Mexico. This is not the normal reason one rents a beach condo but we could have not made a better choice. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The setting is as lovely as pictured but the sound of the ocean waves coming ashore is a nice bonus. The owners were very responsive and accommodating.

Ocean bliss

We came from Florida to enjoy cooler temps in Encinitas. Our month long stay was just perfect! The unit is very nice in a small, quiet complex overlooking the ocean. The owners are very responsive and we will be back next year.

I spent 2 months here while working on a consulting project, and I can tell you that it is even better than the pictures. Owners have great taste, the interior design is beautiful and everything is either new or recently remodeled. The unit is steps away from the jacuzzi and pool...It is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay for either business or a romantic getaway with the sound of the ocean relaxing your stay. And the view tops it all off, right from your living room and patio, complex is on a cliff overlooking the pacific ocean. The owners Guy and Joan are great, very nice and friendly and they answered every need. I would highly recommend this place. Also, great location as Encinitas is very cool and the place to be...

We rented this condo for the month of April 2014. All I can say it is all that is posted on VRBO and more. The ocean view,the sunsets were just what we were looking for. The bed was comfortable and the condo is well supplied with everything you need. The young lady looking after the condo was very accommodating. We were there just at the right time to attend a annual street fair. We would recommend this condo, and hope to return again in the future

The place was beyond what the website and listing showed. The view and the proximity to restaurants was exceptional. The owner provided an outstanding operating manual that answered all of our questions regarding appliances, laundry, etc. The condo provides a perfect mix of convenience and comfort. Great location with amazing sunsets

I stayed at this property for three months while relocating to San Diego from the east coast. The location is just great - no car needed! Walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, bars, the beach, and all that Encinitas has to offer. This upscale condo is just steps from the ocean - you can hear the waves breaking on the shore. Nice amenities with top of the line appliances, Apple TV, comfortable bed and full size bbq. The couch that pulls out to a bed worked well for guests. This was a truly wonderful place to stay and the hosts helped to make it a great experience!

A Gem with all the Amenities !

My wife and I were pleased we took a chance on this condo. Arrival was easy. We used the welcome guide for restaurants and local highlights. Photos tell it all: the condo has a hotel feel with high end finishes throughout (granite, marble, stainless steel appliances). Space was clean and the furniture modern and new. We enjoyed lounging on the patio, taking in the view, swimming in the salt water pool and hearing the waves crashing at night. It was really quiet and no one else used the pool while we were there so it felt like our own private space. Encinitas is a fun,laid back town with lots to do if you are active or not. Beach is just a few blocks away. Everything is walkable so we parked the car. I ran, cycled up and down the coast and my wife explored the beach and shopped. We both enjoyed the galleries and restaurants in Encinitas and the neighbouring towns to the north (Carlsbad and Leucadia) and south (Solana Beach and Del Mar). The Amtrack Coaster made it so easy. We are hoping to return to this gem next year if its not already rented. We can't recommend it enough!

Can't be Beat!

Mfe and I stayed at Joan & Guy's condo. We were met by their caretaker, Jeri, who showed us all the 'ropes' and then disappeared until the last day. She was great, and Joan & Guy are wonderful hosts. The condo was clean, updated and perfect for two, although there is a queen sleeper. We found the views from the cliff overlooking the beach, frankly, breathtaking! The location is superbly convenient with grocery shopping, quaint bistros, taverns and restaurants, AND the Coaster and Amtrack trains ALL within a short walk from the condo. We would definitely stay again, if visiting.

We are from Toronto, Canada and after several trips to southern California to surf, golf, hike, walks the beaches and decompress, we stumbled on this little oasis in Encinitas. Not ready to fully retire we have decided to rent it out for some of the year so others can enjoy an area we love.

It doesn't get more eclectic than Encinitas. From surfing to outlet shopping. From Whole Foods to shops that sell framed tee-shirts from the '70's tours of Hendrix, The Stones & Led Zepplin. From vintage cars to quality golf courses. From fine dining to surfer bars. And yoga classes from dawn to dusk. The weather is perfect. The people are friendly.
