Absolutely perfect house for a girls weekend. It was lovely to relax on the property and was nice and close to Sonoma Square/lots of local wineries. Ashley was a great host checked in often and was very responsive. Great experience. We had the best time.

This property is as advertised, absolutely beautiful! It’s a great location as we spent 2 days in Sonoma and 2 days in Napa. Great hiking trails in close proximity. We really enjoyed sitting in the backyard in the evenings, great way to end the day. Equally impressive is the Host, Ashley. We had a couple of issues, but she’s super responsive in addressing and resolving which we appreciated. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect Sonoma getaway accommodations. Spacious, clean, comfortable with great amenities (used Nespresso, outdoor lounging area). Conveniently located to downtown, historic Sonoma Plaza with great eating spots, cute boutique shopping, and wine tasting. Also, centrally located to Fairmont’s Sonoma Mission Inn where we enjoyed a whole spa day.It was a sisters’ getaway so we had plenty of time to chat while having breakfast in the beautiful kitchen. Their Nespresso maker was a lovely amenity. Just a couple of things we suggest to check/fix: plumbing (some drains were clogged) and electrical (AC and electrical outlets in one of bedrooms had low charging power).Overall, great and would consider staying here again. Thank you.

Loved this house! Check in and out were both very easy. Ashley was quick to respond to any of our questions and the house itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for our 8 adults. Would absoutely rent this again.

What a delightful, special place to briefly call home. The interior space is incredibly warm and inviting and the backyard is simply magical. While it was a great place for just two of us to relax while having work done on our own home - I could easily envision this being a perfect place for a multi-couple weekend getaway. Plus it’s a very convenient location for all the activities nearby.Thanks to Ashley who was super to work with, and a great communicator. Highly recommend!

What a lovely place to enjoy Sonoma and surrounding areas! This home is just like photos. We had everything we needed (ie kitchen supplies, towels, etc), and clean. We did not use the hot tub but the pool guy came the morning after we checked in and made sure it had clean water, correct chemicals, etc. The chickens are adorable! We got a few eggs for breakfasts. Overall it was a great choice to spend a few days with friends!

We stayed at this beautiful home for my sister’s bachelorette and absolutely loved it! The house was perfect for our group of seven — spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor area was a dream. We especially loved unwinding in the hot tub after a day of wine tasting! The location was quiet yet close to great wineries and restaurants. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home. Perfect for our group, but missing some basic amenities that were not restocked - toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers not filled, only a few coffee pods for Nespresso, shampoo in shower dispensers empty & not enough towels for the # of days we were there. There was also a plumbing issue with two of the toilets. While the host did send a plumber out, we had to follow up a second time after the first visit did not suffice & she was slow to respond.

Unfortunately, this VRBO was a huge disappointment for several reasons, and not worth the price. When we arrived after a long day of travel, we attempted to unlock the door with the code we were given, but the keypad did not work. Eventually it stopped allowing us to try. We had to wait around 10 minutes before we finally got in. I had reached out to Ashley on VRBO for help right away and she never responded until the next day, when we got a standard “hope you’re enjoying your stay” message. I wrote back to ask about a net to scoop all the rocks out of the hot tub, and once again never heard back until we got a perfunctory reminder about the check out time. It was VERY frustrating not to be able to communicate with the host.There were numerous other issues that affected our stay and made it very hard to feel at home. We were looking forward to evening gatherings around the fire pit, but the propane tank was empty. The oven did not work at all, foiling our plans for a pizza dinner at home. The step down to the family room was broken and a fall risk. The walls in the bathroom were dirty, especially around the light switch, and a towel hook actually fell off the wall when I tried to hang a towel on it. Finally, there were only a couple Nespresso pods for a three-night stay for four of us.

We had such a great stay! The place is big and comfortable. Beautifully renovated and decorated. The guest suite cottage was nice for a couple or family to have their own separate space. Very close to so many wineries and only about 10 mins to downtown. Cut coffee breakfast “food truck” walkable (get the burrito!). Everything was 10/10

Beautiful property. I liked the privacy of a fully fenced in property. The kitchen was excellent and very spacious. In fact the whole house was spacious. The outdoor spaces were great and the landscaping was well manicured. I brought my dog and he loved running around and playing outside. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 3 days over New Year's. Unfortunately, we ran into a few problems, but Ashley did her best to take care of them. The hot tub wouldn't heat, the propane tanks were empty, and because of a cold snap, we had trouble warming the house. The house and guest cottage were very nice, and the property is large with nice gardens. Our best "find" was the Valley Swim Club, a restaurant only a 1/2 mile away with amazing food, and plenty of seating.

The property is gorgeous and is so close to everything! Beautiful home, but ran into issues during our stay that still have not been addressed. Communication with the host was poor and responses delayed or not answered at all. The biggest issue is we had several AC mini-split units that were broken upon our arrival. When the host did finally get back to us, she said they would be installed the next day. But three days later, still no response. It made for an uncomfortable stay in two of the bedrooms since it was so hot. The guest house had a microwave that wasn't working and the shower wouldn't drain - minor things that also need to be addressed. Also, there were no chickens in the coop, which is one of the reason we booked this house. Communication is key and unfortunately, for what we spent, we left not feeling like we got what we paid for.

Property is a great location for proximity to Sonoma and Napa. Beautiful aesthetic and lots of space for everyone. The chickens and egg collection was a highlight of the stay. Each room has its on ceiling (AC/Heat) unit controlled by remote which allows for individual temperature preference. We did have several non working appliances (Fridge, microwave and oven) in the main kitchen during our stay. Would have been a 5 star without issue. Host was responsive and I would recommend property once fixed.

The property was perfect for us. 6 adults and 2 under 2! the backyard and chicken coop kept the boys entertained. Thank you for all the outside toys, they played with it all. I loved the kitchen window that looked out to the yard. The step into the living room was worrisome but we were warned from the listing description. The only issue we had was that the shower in the main house did not give out hot water, that really sucked but we made do.
