Mistiq Los Cabos is an exclusive condominium complex north of downtown Cabo San Lucas. Located in the coveted Cabo Corridor near beaches, marina and “El Arco,” it blends privacy with lifestyle convenience.
This condo is on the third floor and offers unblocked views of the famous Cabo Arch, the Sea of Cortes, the famous Medano Beach and much more. The Master bedroom also enjoys a spectacular view of the Cabo Arch and Sea of Cortez. Each of the three bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathroom. The open concept condo offers a spacious layout and a large kitchen with a peninsula breakfast bar. The indoor living space opens up to a very large outdoor terrace for you to enjoy the amazing Cabo weather. There are lots of amenities, including multiple ocean view pools, jacuzzi's, fully equipped gym, and indoor and outdoor lounges.
Guests have access to all amenities free of charge.
One of our hosts will meet and greet you upon your arrival. They will go over any questions you may have about the area, restaurants, activities, etc.
El Tezal a neighborhood located just north of downtown Cabo San Lucas. Situated just outside the bustling downtown area, El Tezal offers a quieter residential atmosphere while still being close to the attractions and amenities of Cabo San Lucas. The area is known for its beautiful views of the surrounding desert landscape and the Sea of Cortez. El Tezal has become increasingly popular among tourists due to its proximity to beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, and dining options. It's a great choice for those looking for a more relaxed environment while still having easy access to the vibrant energy of Cabo San Lucas.
