This place was awesome we enjoyed every minute , perfect sunset whales and dolphins and they had everything can't wait to come back aloha!

The condo was absolutely perfect, great view very modern decor. We had everything we needed and communication with the host was very easy. The air conditioning worked great kept us very comfortable, thanks for a great stay.

This condo has the most beautiful oceanfront view. It was fun to watch the surfers, the sunset and listen to the waves crashing. Easy walk to town. Very clean condo with everything you need. Definitely would stay here again if visiting Kona.

The Seashore Escape was the perfect home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed after a long day exploring the island. We had no problem getting a good night sleep for the next days adventure. The owners did a wonderful job renovating and it's completely updated and clean. Plus, they were excellent to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as advertised. The view is the real standout here. The back lanai is perfectly position to watch the sunset and surfers while listening to the waves. The property was cleaned and well-stocked with everything you'd need, including snorkel/beach gear if you're so inclined. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. It's also within walking distance of many of the restaurants, so that's a great perk. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo that looks just like the pictures! You can tell that someone takes pride in their property! We loved the view and sat on the balcony everyday! The pool area was well maintained and everyone we met was so nice!

Regina was a wonderful host! She kept us informed and was there to communicate with whenever needed. We were impressed with the wonderful accommodations. Remodel is fabulous and the kitchen is well appropriated with anything you might need.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our first visit to the big island. The ocean view was spectacular! The room was clean with very well maintained with lovely beach decor! The property was close to many shops and restaurants. The owner is amazing to work with. I loved waking up and having breakfast hearing the waves crash against the shore! Mahalo! Perfect location to base our Big Island adventures for the west side of the island. Beds were comfy and plenty of amenities to make our vacation perfect. The cookware came in handy when everything was closed New Years Day and the beach gear was a great touch from towels to a cooler! We loved the Lanai view for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening and my kids said they could hear the waves from the pullout which helped them have perfect sleep. Amazing condo and hosts! Wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved out time in this gorgeous, newly decorated condo! Everything is new- comfy bed, thick fluffy towels, wonderful rainfall shower, and great beach amenities in the storage box on the lanai. Speaking of the lanai- we saw a humpback whale one morning, and enjoyed watching the outrigger canoes and cruise ship while having our morning coffee. Location is terrific for exploring the beaches and super snorkeling to the south of Kona, and the historic national park property. We were also an easy drive to Manta Ray Village for our nighttime excursion snorkeling with the mantas. Finally, the condo is an easy 5 minute walk to great restaurants and shopping, and the Royal Kona Hotel with its famous luau is practically next door!

The condo had been updated very recently, and virtually everything was brand new. The Condo was spotless when we arrived. Host was very responsive, and a dream to work with. We were provided beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and a cooler. There was an excellent set of knives in the kitchen. The air conditioning worked very well. The property was in easy walking distance of much of the main drag of Kono.We really couldn't be more satisfied with our stay.

The Seashore Escape was recently refurbished with everything we needed for our vacation! We especially loved the gorgeous ocean view, the rain shower, and furnished kitchen. Everything was new and clean with a seashore theme.The WiFi was helpful since cell phone signals were poor in the area. Be sure to get the door code ahead of time for easy check-in. There’s even a washer dryer in the unit with ample closet space and extra linens.The pool has a sauna and BBQ area too. Perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. Stores and shops are nearby so it’s easy to stock up for n necessities.For future Kona trips, I definitely plan on staying at the Seashore Escape!

Great location and amenities. We had a great time staying at their condo. They worked very hard to resolve any issues we had. We would definitely stay here again. Very close to town and is close enough to walk to.
