The Emma Penthouse by AvantStay is hands-down the best place to stay on Rainey Street. The highlights of our trip were the breathtaking Lady Bird Lake sunsets right from the private corner balcony and the stunning 33rd-floor rooftop pool deck.The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner suite is beautifully designed, spacious, and filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The location is unbeatable, tucked just one block off the vibrant Rainey Street Historic District. You can easily walk to amazing food trucks and bars, but still get a great night's sleep. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for luxury, convenience, and top-tier views!

A group of 8 states there and were very impressed with the location and the condo itself. We were able to walk most places making it easy to get around

Natiivo Austin Goldfinch property

10 out of 10 Recommend! The property was amazing, room was clean, balcony had amazing view, and valet parking attendants were so nice and helpful. Check-in was so easy and front desk staff was very welcoming. Next time I visit Austin, I would 100% stay here again.

Probably would be good to say something about parking being difficult around the area, but wasn't a show stopper per se for us. The location was great and the view of the lake/river and downtown skyline was spectacular and unbeatable!We saw an electric kettle box in the top cabinet but it was empty and there was no water kettle for tea - luckily the K-machine seems to do the trick okay.I couldn't get Apple TV to work in the room and basically watching World Cup games was basically impossible task.

Perfect wedding weekend

Clean, conveniently located, lovely view, modern, beautiful pool, all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Glad to see things like dish soap, extra trash bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra TP included. So many properties don’t include these items.

Great View

Great unit, great view, well equipped and maintained. Only negative for myself, sleep time road noise and other guests or residents talking out on their balcony at 3:30 am. Had to use ear plugs during sleep. So, if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs!

Awesome stay

This place was really nice and surprisingly affordable considering the cost of other options in the area. Everything was really nice and had some great views from the balcony. Practically the biggest issue we had was the elevator was hit or miss in reading our cards to get to our floor. The only other thing that could have been nicer would be maybe a toaster or some other things to make food more possible in the room. But it was really nice to have the coffee shop in the lobby. A wonderful treat for the morning versus just cheap coffee in the rooms.

Noisy and roaches on the rooftop

The most disappointing part was the roaches all over the rooftop pool which was sad because they used to be so clean. I used to love natiivo but the service has changed since I’ve first came here. The wifi router was out and couldn’t connect to our TVs or phones and the reception was dead on our phones.

Wonderful Retreat

The Goldfinch Condo is amazing! The views of the Austin skyline and the Colorado river are breathtaking! The condo is very well appointed. The photos are accurately depicted. The building is also amazing with the common areas... and welcoming fragrance throughout the lobby. I highly recommend this home.

The view was amazing, and the place brand new. Actually too new.... one hair dryer for two bathrooms, just an expresso machine with no pods provided, lack of hangers, lack of mirrors, only two chairs on the balcony. Very, very bare bones -- I've been in cheap hotels that provide more! The place is for sale so I don't think anything will really improve -- too bad, great concept but I won't be back.
