Welcome to Dimora degli Ulivi

Dimora degli Ulivi is a panoramic villa in Badesi with stunning views over the Gulf of Asinara. Surrounded by Mediterranean scrubland and the scent of olive trees, it offers an authentic Sardinian experience that combines nature, tranquillity and modern comfort.

The villa spans two floors and is ideal for families, couples or remote workers, sleeping up to 6 guests in bright, well-appointed spaces, with exclusive access to private gardens, a panoramic terrace and reserved parking.

Views and outdoor spaces

From the covered patio and the panoramic terrace you'll enjoy a spectacular view over the Gulf of Asinara. The sunsets here are truly unforgettable.

The two private gardens, fragrant with rosemary and lavender, are perfect for relaxing in the shade, reading or dining outside. The fully equipped BBQ makes evenings under the stars even more enjoyable.

Interiors and comfort

The villa is arranged over two floors:
• Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and shower bathroom
• Upper floor: spacious living room with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with tub

• 4K TV with satellite channels
• Pellet stove for cooler months

Remote work

A dedicated workspace and stable 5G Wi-Fi connection make Dimora degli Ulivi an ideal base for remote working. On request, a backup connection is available for more demanding professional needs.

Pool (seasonal)

Guests can use a shared outdoor pool, available from 1 June to 30 September.

Beach and surroundings

The beach at Badesi is approximately 1.5 km from the villa. The nearest beaches — Li Junchi, Li Mindi and Li Feruli — are among the finest in northern Sardinia, with golden sand and crystal-clear water.

The location is perfect for visiting:

• Isola Rossa
• La Maddalena Archipelago
• Asinara National Park

Nearby you'll find wineries with tastings, traditional restaurants and local craft markets.

EV charging

The villa has a private charging point for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles (7-metre cable included). Three levels available: light, standard and fast charging. The service is activated at check-in with separate billing.

Access

Self check-in with personal code. Guests have exclusive access to the villa, private gardens, panoramic terrace and private parking (1 covered space + 1 open space). For security reasons, some exterior areas of the property have CCTV coverage.

The house is very well kept, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The view from the terrace is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet.The villa is ideal for enjoying northern Sardinia, with beaches, small villages and beautiful landscapes within easy reach. Communication with Alessio was excellent: kind, clear and always helpful.We truly appreciated the care and attention behind this place - thank you! Higly reccomended.

The house is very clean, modern and very well cared for, with comfortable spaces both inside and outside. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and we immediately felt at ease. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the upper terrace with the beautiful view, and the possibility to relax in the evenings after spending the day at the beach.The location in Badesi is convenient: the beautiful beach of Badesi can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, and the small shops, cafés and restaurants in the village are within walking distance. It is also a great base for exploring the north of Sardinia while staying in a quiet and pleasant area.Alessio was a very kind and attentive host. Communication was easy, clear and always helpful.A beautiful place to stay in Sardinia, and we would gladly recommend it.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Dimora degli Ulivi.The house is exactly as described, if not even better. It is beautifully maintained, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and authentic, surrounded by nature, with lovely outdoor spaces where we enjoyed quiet moments and beautiful evenings.The layout of the house is perfect, offering both privacy and flexibility. The upper floor is particularly charming, while the lower level is very practical and well organized.Alessio is an exceptional host — always available, kind, and attentive, providing clear instructions and helpful recommendations while respecting our privacy.We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the care that clearly goes into maintaining the property.We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Sardinian experience.

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen, gelungenen Urlaub braucht - ruhige Lage, Meerblick und sehr gute, moderne Ausstattung. Die Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und zu jeder Zeit möglich. Der Umgang miteinander war höflich und familiär. Gerne jederzeit wieder!
