Welcome to a spacious and sunny penthouse near the airport! This is the perfect choice for families, couples or friends who want a central apartment with a high standard.
The apartment is located in a quiet and well-established area, with very good public transport links only 100 meters away. Here you can quickly and easily get to the city center, while staying quiet and relaxed - a little away from the noise of the big city.
If you want to have a car during your stay, you have your own garage space included in the price.
Bedroom 1 has a large 180 cm king size bed with plenty of room for two. The room has direct access to a spacious walk-in closet, perfect for storage during your stay.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a 150 cm double bed, ideal for one or two people. The room is bright and pleasant.
The inviting living room is furnished with a stylish and comfortable sofa bed that can easily be converted into an extra sleeping place. Perfect for guests or families who need some extra sleeping space. Large windows provide plenty of daylight, and the room is ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter space and storage – perfect for both quick meals and nice dinners. Here you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you want to cook breakfast or prepare a better meal.
The bathroom is brand new and stylishly furnished, with delicate material choices and modern solutions. Here you will find a shower with plenty of space and pleasant lighting.
The apartment has a fantastic terrace with sun until approx. 21:30 in the summer. Here you can enjoy warm summer evenings with a view, good food from the grill and a relaxing atmosphere. A perfect place to start or end the day.
As a guest, you also have access to a lovely and large communal roof terrace with sun all day – ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and pleasant moments.
