This Imperial Beach (IB) penthouse condo boasts a spectacular southwest view of the beach and famous IB pier. A full kitchen with all the necessities and seating for 6 at the dining table. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and master bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds, and then there is 1 queen sofa bed in the living room. Guests can enjoy amenities like the heated pool, jacuzzi and a fitness room and BBQ. There is AC & heat and a wood burning fireplace. There is a washer / dryer machine in the condo for convenience. There is cable TV with DVD player and Wifi. The cool and soothing atmosphere of this condo will make your stay peaceful and relaxing. This penthouse condo is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. There are two parking spaces which can accommodate SUV's available in the secure and gated garage with an elevator to the top floor.

This condo is located in the quiet downtown of City of Imperial Beach with short walks to restaurants and entertainment. There is a coffee bar, convenience / liquor store downstairs.

This condo is within a short 15 drive to the famous City of Coronado. Sea World and San Diego Zoo are only a 30 minute drive. Tijuana, Mexico is 15 minutes south.

Beautiful property, great location, awesome landlord.Property has everything you need for a fun stay at the beach. Host was very welcoming, great communication and provided the little extras one may forget, such as laundry detergent and paper towels, beach towels and a bucket to collect shells.

There are so many things that made our stay wonderful - most of which is due to John, our host. He made us feel welcome right away and made it easy to contact him if anything came up. Between the fully stocked kitchen - pretty much any utensil and spice we needed was there - along with fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and water, so that we could get away with not needing to grocery shop until the day after we arrived. The location is great, with a beautiful view from inside the condo and on the patio - and easy access to the beach. The condo was spotless, with lots of room - and a very cool new feature was installed right before we arrived - a wall fireplace (not sure if that is the right name of it), but it was very cozy watching tv with the changing colors of the fireplace below - especially since we were there while some rain was coming through during the week. Overall, it was a great location and stay - we hope to return someday in the future!

The location and unit are beautiful and in good working order. Though the features in the kitchen and bathroom looked a little dated they worked well and he had the bathroom and kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the unit was spacious. The host was very kind, professional, and helpful. Overall would definitely book again. My only area of improvement would be making sure the showers and tubs are more thoroughly clean as they each had several hairs from previous guests on the walls and glass.

John was communicative and respectful. John texted me during our stay to confirm things were going well. Area was right in the water which was a plus. It was the get away we didn’t know we needed. We’ll book future stays here again.

Communication with host was excellent. The apartment was very safe and secure. The view was incredible. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We were greeted with a bowl of fresh fruit on the table, which was a very nice added touch. It had all the amenities that we needed and more. We will definitely book with them again. Great stay!

Beautiful Views

The location is superb for a SoCal beach stay that is away from the crowds of San Diego, but close to enough to enjoy all the area has to offer. Lived watching the surfers and dolphins from the living room and balcony.

It is a nice space for a family of five. The codo is clean and right on the beach by a nice park. It's an easy walk to many restaurants and the pier. The town is friendly and has a very comfortable feeling.

Great vacation spot!

Want to thank the owner for communicating with us easily. Very friendly! The condo was very clean. The view was awesome! Great places to eat and shop right next to the condo complex. Underground parking so your car is safe.

Condo was in a great location. Steps to beach. Parking was onsite and easy. Check in and communication with property owner was seem less and well organized. We had a great stay.

Long overdue CA getaway

My husband and I came to CA to attend our nephews graduation from the Navy Seals SWCC program and stayed at this wonderful property on Imperial Beach enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning watching surfers The condo had everything we needed and the area is easy to get around We especially liked having coffee at Ye Ole Plank Inn about a block away and The Brigantine restaurant was very good for a nice sit down meal (especially if you like seafood) The property owner Ed is easy to reach and very helpful with any questions we had My sister brother in law and nephew stayed with us a couple of nights there was plenty of room San Diego has a lot to see so hopefully we can come back and will definitely stay at this location if it’s available:)

We loved this condo. Right on the beach clean and comfortable. Great food all around. Loved the scenery all around and loved the comfort knowing the whole place was secure, with locked gated doors.

The views of the ocean, beach and pier were awesome. Great for walks. Restaurants walkable. The beds were comfortable, secure parking, and space in condo were excellent (had new: in-suite washer & dryer, microwave, fridge and dishwasher) Interior could use some updating. Only 25-30 minute drive from San Diego Old Town, Hop on Hop off tour and Zoo. The host, Ed was very helpful. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Great place for a Family Trip!

Our biggest gripe from our kids was that they weren’t allowed in the water due to sewer leakage from Tijuana. We specifically booked to be on the beach so that was definitely a bummer. That would have been nice to have been disclosed. Not being from the area- I didn’t know about the issues but from reading articles it sounds like this has been an issue since 2021. (We started getting in the water and had the lifeguards stop us). However, the sunsets were killer from the condo! Beautiful beach otherwise with an awesome pier to walk. Ed made check in a breeze and the fruit basket was wonderful as well. Basketball courts and the pool/spa were great to keep the 4 kiddos occupied! The only other issue we had was at random times of the day- the entry way would smell heavily of pot. It seemed to be coming through the vents- so I’m sure it was either someone below or next to us. Overall- we had an awesome family trip and if the sewage issues at the beaches resolve then we will be back for sure!
