Inside, you’ll find all the essentials—Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a cozy indoor gas fireplace—along with thoughtful, luxurious touches designed to elevate your stay. Indulge in the spa-like en suite bathroom featuring a rainfall shower, and enjoy restful nights wrapped in plush bamboo sheets. Upon entering, you’ll find a cozy entryway with a desk and daybed for additional sleeping. As you move toward the lakefront, you’re welcomed by stunning views of Keuka Lake and the nearby park. NOTE: There is parking at the end of the guardrail toward town. The house is a few steps from the parking space.

Such a beautiful place! We booked this place on very short notice after our original rental had an emergency and had to cancel our reservation. Our host was very responsive and was able to get the house ready within an hour! Thank you so much!!!

Great relaxation!

This was the perfect spot for our crew! The waterfront is so easy to get in and out of. We used our paddle boards a lot! The kids were able to walk to town. We have a great fire in the fire pit. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable! Thank you, we will stay again for sure!

It was a great view of the lake - a cozy little place on Keuka Lake. It did have a lot of modern amenities. A lot of refurbishing has been done. The stairs to the place can be treacherous for an elderly family member--be aware - also parking will be on a busy street and is limited for a couple of cars. The neighbor is also not very nice and will let you know anything you are doing wrong.

We enjoyed our stay and the management is very quick to answer questions! I wish it was clear in the check in instructions that parking is a short walk to the stairs, and that the primary bedroom is a pass through to the double bed room as well as the upstairs bathroom. We made it work for our family but it was not clear from pictures or description that lay out. I also wish it was abundantly clear that the only way to walk into the village is to walk along west lake road, as you’re not able to access the community access / head of the lake directly bc the motel and neighbors don’t want travelers across their property, which is understandable. I grew up in Hammondsport and have family there, so it was nice to be able to stay close to town and on the water, but wish there was more clarity before booking, or I just didn’t read enough reviews. Overall good stay.

Fantastic view and while inside layout quirky, it was LOVELY. AC was wonderful and bathroom shower relaxing. Able to walk to town easily, as in less than 7 mins (groceries, restaurants, beach, marina, festival, etc). Two small hiccups: parking and twin bed room. Parking is easy IF directions could be a bit better. Yes you can park at south railing but we found residents seemed to park to block us, but may have been unintentional. If you drive little further north, just past marina, turn around and park on mountain side. It was more convenient. We did an unload with flashers onto “elevator”. Then parked. As for second, just needs roller shades reinstalled on 2 windows so room doesn’t become hot box.Thank you for the little admenties, towels for swimming, advil for headaches. All appreciated.

The home and view is beautiful and in an excellent location for boating, exploring, and swimming. We were a quick walk to downtown and a short drive to many wineries. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. When we had a significant plumbing issue the first night that made the upstairs bathroom unusable, they quickly sent someone out, and they were prompt with any other requests. Check-in and parking instructions were also very clear.Unfortunately, the property itself was not as well prepared or maintained as we expected. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and has a lot of potential. However, for the price we paid we expected better upkeep. The listing stated linens and towels were provided for 10 guests, but there were barely enough towels for 6. The hosts did bring additional towels quickly when we reached out however. The home itself may be able to sleep 10 but there is not enough seating for 10 people in the kitchen or the living room for everyone to sit down for a meal. The outdoor areas were also very overgrown and not as well maintained as we hoped. The patio furniture was in poor condition, including ripped cushions and sagging/broken chairs/umbrellas that were difficult for our older family members to safely use. The cookware was very worn and could use replacing as well. Again, the home itself is beautiful, but the general maintenance to the home needed a lot of improvements to make this a great rental for its price.

On the lake, close to town

We enjoyed the ability to walk to town (carefully) and the house being situated on the lake. The house is generally well appointed with beds, etc. but you can tell a management company is in charge rather than an owner. A few things to note: The cushions on the deck couch were badly torn so we couldn't sit there. The deck is smaller than we expected from the photos. There are very steep stairs from the street to the door of the house so only stay here if you can manage such stairs. Thankfully, we all came in a single car since parking could only accommodate one car. To get to your car and/or to walk to town (which is close enough to walk), you have to walk along a street part of the way with no pedestrian space.
