If this is in budget do not wait… there aren’t better 2 bedroom 2 bath apts on here. Amazing host, perfect location and great building.

The property is a corner unit on the 36 floor of a modern building in midtown. The views are extraordinary and are a major plus of the apartment. It’s in a crowded neighborhood, which you have to like and is a bit small for a 2bed/2bath unit, but the views and the building itself outweigh everything else. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. Anytime we wrote to him he answered immediately. A real find!

I have holidayed in NYC 5 times and this is by far the best ACC I have ever stayed in. Great location, great apartment, great views and very spacious. Don’t look past this property. Our host was amazing and so helpful.

What an amazing apt. The views are just incredible... as someone said, where else can you see, the Empire State Building, the Chrysler building, the Freedom tower and the Statue of Liberty....and the host was very attentive. Can't wait to come back sometime in the near future.

The apartment was beautiful, had all the needed amenities, amazing view, perfect bed sheets and towels! Very clean and beautifully decorated! My family and I loved it! The tenant was very attentive and accommodating!

Location of this property is fantastic. The views are among the best that will find In The City. The apartment is light and bright, and feel spacious for New York City. However… It has definite conditional issues— in desperate need of a paint job, moldy bathroom. Manila appliances etc. (ex I had to buy a toaster and blender frying pan etc etc )... It is definitely not luxury accommodations on the inside. It is passable at best. If you’re looking for a great location and incredible views, this is your place!!! if you’re looking for luxury where you can cook your own meals take a nice bubble bath or other things…..It is definitely not your place. For the price, it should be better.

The host was great and super accommodating. I can’t wait to stay with them again at this location. The location was close to everything and extremely easy to navigate around the city. The views from the apartment were amazing and the apartment was immaculate. I would highly recommend this unit for your next NYC experience. This listing is a 10 out of 10.

3 friends and I took a girls’ trip to NYC and this was the perfect place to stay. The views were amazing, and the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was great to have a place with 2 bathrooms, which is hard to find in Manhattan. The location is central and perfect for getting anywhere in Manhattan. The host was responsive and communicative with instructions. We will definitely will stay here again when we visit!!

Our family of four LOVED our stay at this property. Great midtown location, steps from Broadway and the Empire State Building. Lots of good dining and shopping nearby. The pictures really don't do justice to the views. Where else in Manhattan can you see the Empire State Building, 30 Rock, the Chrysler building, the Flatiron, One Word Trade center AND the Statue of Liberty from your apartment? Easy and responsive communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this rental is amazing! A few blocks from the Empire State Building and about a 5 minute walk to a main line of the subway made it so easy to move around the city. The unit was great for our family (2 adults/2 kids) and the views of the city were spectacular. Also about a 15 minute walk to Times Square. Host was great, communicative and made the check-in/check-out process easy. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to NYC!
