# 3544 - Vandretureferie med fantastisk udsigt over Mission Bay

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the property and its unbeatable location. We did want to clarify a few points regarding the kitchen setup. While we do not provide food items such as cooking oils, sugar, or other condiments, we do provide everything needed for cooking and dining. It's possible that our lazy Susan storage area was overlooked, as that is where additional kitchen items are stored. The home is fully stocked with pots, pans, a large assortment of plates, glasses, utensils, food storage containers, and other kitchen essentials. We absolutely encourage guests to prepare meals during their stay and are always happy to assist or purchase additional items if something is missing. Thank you again for your stay and for sharing your thoughts. We are pleased that overall you had a great experience at the property.

Nice to hear that you enjoyed the house and its prime location. It's the first time someone mentioned that the wireless is slow upstairs. I will check and get an extender if needed.

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind comments about the property itself. We are glad to hear that you found the home beautiful and true to the listing. We are sorry that parts of your experience leading up to your stay were frustrating. Unfortunately, there was a temporary issue with our payment processing provider that affected the payment link we initially sent after your credit card got declined. We understand how inconvenient that can be and apologize for the extra effort required. We also apologize if the timing of our communications did not meet your expectations. Our records show that check-in information was sent approximately two days prior to arrival, but we understand that receiving details earlier would have provided additional peace of mind. Providing a smooth and professional guest experience is very important to us, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations in this case. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will continue looking for ways to improve the arrival experience for future guests. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We will make sure to replace the duvet. In regards to the shower pressure: it is most likely the shower handle that needs adjustment or replacement. Thanks for making us aware of the issue. We will address it right away. Great idea to put a dresser in the third bedroom closet!
