STAY HERE TONIGHT Welcome to Prairie Haven — Your New Getaway in Sioux Falls!!
Step into comfort at our newly built, newly furnished 2-luxurious king Sweets and they pull out couch that sleeps up to six guests. Every corner has been thoughtfully designed to make your stay easy, relaxing, and memorable.

If you arrive before check-in, you’re welcome to leave your luggage at the house starting at 11am at no extra cost; however, we will need one day notice pets must not be left at the property early. Just send me a message in advance so we can arrange the timing and make sure everything is set.

Beautiful home with comfortable seating and beds. Coffee station was great and equipped with everything to get your morning started. The back patio is super cute and even had a swing attached that our 10 year old really enjoyed. Dale and Susan were amazing hosts who also helped us know where to seek shelter when the tornado sirens started going off. It was an eventful overnight stay is Sioux Falls to be sure! But thanks to the snacks and bottled water they had in the fridge, we were still able to eat during the chaos of the storm. Highly recommend staying at this lovely home!

Fantastic home, well stocked with linens, snacks, chargers, robes, coffee... honestly ANYTHING you could ever think of. Beautifully clean and a great set up of rooms, large dining table, tvs in every area, true driveway, no on street parking. Very friendly and relaible host!

Prairie Haven is a home away from home! The beds are lush, the coffee machine waiting to serve you and the fireplace waiting to be lit in the winter, or porch ready to be enjoyed in the summer. First off if I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!! This was such a warm and inviting home! I haven't felt this welcomed to any vrbo before as with here. Had a quick question for Dale and his response was immediate. They have absolutely everything you need as far as in the home plus some extra goodies . Highly recommended home!

We had a wonderful stay! House was absolutely beautiful. House was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Host had everything you could need and more. You can tell host takes pride in property and is meticulous. This was one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in.

I grew up in Sturgis South Dakota. My wife grew up in Salem South Dakota. We are retired and I think hosting a house is our midlife crisis. We had no idea that we would enjoy it this much we have been pretty much self-employed with our last project was the building of four homes which these last two decided to keep and make short term rentals about a year ago. I kind of got into woodworking. so in the house you’ll see a chess board coffee table that I made as you enter the home, you’ll see a little sit down bench that I made.

This neighborhood is pretty tough to beat if you enjoy just sitting out watching traffic go by this probably is not the property for you. We have a very quiet neighborhood we are located on a 3 Block Private St. close to I 29 Denny, Sanford, sports and concert venues less than a mile from Avera Hospital a blocking in half from a 27 mile bike trail maybe six minutes from the falls four minutes from the zoo and within about five minutes of fantastic place to eat and within blocks of probably five little casinos, they’re really does not get any better than this and we await for the Amazon delivery van to drive-by are probably the two most exciting things that happen in our neighborhood And the best part is, we are only minutes from everything entertainment Sioux Falls fantastic downtown Events and of course, maybe not world famous But the Sioux Falls waterfalls it’s just a fantastic city in the home. You’ll find a book of our favorite places, great food, great entertainment, and all kinds of special events always we want you to have a fantastic stay

I know I keep bragging about the house being new but you know it’s extremely clean .There’s a couple of things that makes his property I think unique it’s location we are on a three large block private Street, which makes it avery quiet safe neighborhood we do have I’m not sure if it’s one or two Prairie dogs they live close by somewhere If you have children, we hope you get a chance to see them .though they are very quick and the other day we had a wild turkey walk-through the yard and about a week ago we had a deer walk on the corner of the property and we are actually in the city of Sioux Falls, and being so close to I 29 and the downtown area. It’s just a little odd to see the deer in the turkeys that close to downtown I don’t know just kind of unique
