Welcome to 2B at the Annabelle Building, a restored historic building in the heart of Savannah`s downtown corridor. Walking distance to everything and loaded with amenities like a full kitchen, washer/dryer, gigabit wifi, and Public Goods bath products. The unit has a queen bed in the bedroom and another double bed in a unique curtained nook. This location is in the city and there is a high potential for noise from the surrounding streets.
We`re here to help, but the process is keyless and requires no interaction unless you desire so. Please let us know if anything isn`t perfect so we can fix it during your stay. We cannot offer compensation for issues during your stay if we are told after the fact and not provided a chance to rectify any issues.
In the growing restaurant corridor of Historic Savannah just a block from Broughton, the main shopping thoroughfare.
Best by foot. You can walk to everything in Savannah from here.

We do not host pets at this property. If you are looking for accommodations that accept pets,, we would be happy to see if any of our pet-friendly properties are available for the dates of your stay.
All of our properties are strictly no smoking inside and out, including patios, porches, courtyards, and garages. This applies to vaping, cigarettes, and any other smokable product. Please leave the property if you need to smoke.
The city of Savannah takes the enforcement of the city noise ordinance very seriously. The city ordinance states that sound levels are not to be above 60 decibels between 7am and 7pm and are not to exceed 50 decibels between 7pm and 7am. This is a conversational volume. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance.
Courtyards and other outdoor areas should be vacated by 10pm Friday and Saturday nights and by 9pm Sunday through Thursday nights out of courtesy to neighbors and other guests.
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds unless written permission has been granted in advance.
Please do not prop open any building front doors or staircase or courtyard gates and leave garage doors closed when you are not actively entering or exiting.
Please remove shoes in the house to help protect the floors and keep them clean.
