Regarding the televisions, we understand the disappointment of not being able to view the Thanksgiving football games. The Roku TVs in the home provide access to 688 live streaming channels through the Live TV option, and we have updated the television instructions to make this much clearer for future guests. We also appreciate your note about the hot water. The home is equipped with tankless, instant hot water heaters, and our team has confirmed that all equipment is functioning properly. While it can take a short time for heated water to reach fixtures on higher floors, we will continue to monitor the system to ensure optimal performance. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the door code. Although our team responded quickly each time, it should not have occurred. The door locks have been fully inspected and are functioning properly to prevent any issues for future guests. We are grateful that you enjoyed so many aspects of Breezy Weezy and hope that the concerns you encountered will not prevent you from returning.
