In winter, you’re a short drive to top ski resorts like Northstar and Palisades Tahoe. Summer brings access to nearby beaches, scenic hiking and biking trails, and water fun at Kings Beach and Tahoe City. The neighborhood is peaceful and well-maintained, ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to explore the area. While there’s no shuttle service within walking distance and access to the TART Connect, you’re within a 15-minute drive to beaches, trails, shops, and ski resorts. Drive cautiously in winter, especially during or after snowfall.

Other Things to Note:
— Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
— Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
— 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
— The home is equipped with a ring doorbell camera in the front entryway.
