Ideally located on the beautiful Baan Tai beach and surrounded by a lush tropical garden, Sunshine Residence consists of 3 private and comfortable villas, all tastefully decorated.
Sunshine Residence is peaceful and quiet while being conveniently close to many local and Western restaurants, supermarkets, massage salons, sport activities and the island city center. The location is perfect to discover the island white lotus.

Situated less than 50 meters from the beach, the Pool Villa is a beautiful, cozy two bedroom villa with its own private swimming pool (8x3m) and large open plan living space.
You'll find a homely South-East Asian touch with tasteful artisanal decor.
Enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy an evening out at one of the delicious local restaurants nearby.
To keep you in touch with the outside world and entertained during your stay, there is fiber optic Wifi and a Smart TV.
Idyllic for a romantic getaway, families with children, nature lovers or people who just want to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Koh Phangan.
Facilities include:
- bedroom 1: One king size bed with AC, Smart TV and beautiful pool view
- bedroom 2: One king size bed with AC
- one bathroom with a shower, two sinks, vanity mirror and WC
- extra guest toilet
- fiber optic WiFi
- private swimming pool
- fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, and utensils.
- open-plan dining room
- open-plan living room with Smart TV
- air conditioning
- parking space for scooters & bikes (only two parking spots available for a car, on a "first come first served basis" - extra cars have to park on the main road, at 1 min walk from the property)
- cleaning every 4 days
- sheets and towels changed every four days
- transfer to and from the pier (no extra charge)
- help with excursions, car rental and motorcycle rental
- we have outdoor security cameras monitoring the front door of the property, beach entry, parking and the pool.
