Welcome to Calivence Haus! Stay at an Estate Home, 1 mile from Main Street. Live a life of luxury in this 5 bedroom/6 bathroom home, all king size beds with ensuite bathrooms. This is the quintessential home for your corporate gatherings, family celebrations and home base for your wine tasting trip to Fredericksburg. Make yourself comfortable, settle in, prepare your 5-course meal in the chef's kitchen designed by the homeowners who have a vineyard in California.

Here are a few guidelines to enhance your stay:

1.) The HAUS is to be used for your stay and additional guests or parties are not permitted. Occupancy limit for the Haus is 10 people maximum, there are to be no additional guests.

2.)The home is in a quiet residential area with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them. Fredericksburg quiet hours are 10pm - 7am

4.) Smoking is not permitted in the HAUS

5.) Dogs or pets are not permitted in the HAUS

6.) The owners stay on property in the adjacent and detached guest house and are available to assist at anytime to make your stay enjoyable.
