1. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In: 4:00 PM or later
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out will require an additional fee of $50/hour. This option is not guaranteed but based on availability. Please contact us so we can the availability of your requests.

2. Smoking

Smoking is **NOT** allowed inside the house.
Please smoke in the designated outdoor areas and dispose of butts properly.

3. Pets

Pets are allowed. Please note there is a $500 pet fee per pet. If you are traveling with a service animal, please notify us in advance.

4. Noise

Please be considerate of the neighbors. No loud music or parties.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

5. Additional Guests

Please only host the number of guests that was booked. If you plan to have more guests, please ask in advance.

6. Parking

4 cars can fit in the driveway. Please do not park on the street or on the grass. We are not liable for towing or parking tickets.

7. Garage

Please do not open the garage. The garage has been converted into a game room for your enjoyment. Cars cannot be parked in the garage.

Any items broken or missing after checkout will incur a replacement fee plus labor charges.
