This home was absolutely beautiful with so many fun activities for a group that just want to stay in and relax. The backyard is gorgeous, and the pool was wonderful! Home is in a nice central location so you can easily get to restaurants, the airport, shopping centers. I highly recommend this home for your next stay!

Check-in was a breeze, and communication was excellent. We loved the thoughtful touches, especially the coffee bar and the clearly labeled, well-stocked kitchen. There were plenty of cozy places to relax, and our family of five, including three kids ages 8–16, had such a fun, relaxing stay. We would definitely book again!

Cleanliness was not up to par. I told the host I don’t feel like the bed sheets were not changed we found blood and short black hairs and what looked like snot on the comforter and bed sheets. The game room was fun the pool was smaller than expected but it was fun also. It was a good location that seems pretty safe over all.

We are glad you enjoyed the game room, pool, and location. When you first contacted us regarding a cleanliness concern, we responded promptly and took it seriously. We immediately worked to address the issue and reviewed the matter with our cleaning team, as cleanliness is one of our highest priorities. The following evening, a separate concern was raised regarding bedding in a different bedroom after it had already been occupied. Although we were unable to verify the condition of the linens at that point, we still responded in good faith and worked to address the concern without assessing any additional charges during your stay. However, when our cleaning crew arrived after your stay it was very clear that the blood stains not only on the sheet, but also on the pillow were fresh and occurred during your stay. We incurred extra cleaning time and cost that we normally would have asked the guest to reimburse. We’re proud of our consistent history of positive cleanliness reviews on this platform and others, and remain committed to providing every guest with a clean, comfortable home.

DON'T MISS OUT on this one!! The house is in a great neighborhood, and everything about the stay was perfect. The hosts thought of everything a guest might need from the laundry essentials to coffee(s) and cream and sugar. The entire property was so organized and clean, and the pool was amazing. We would absolutely recommend to everyone.

It was an okay stay, there were some issues like no umbrella over the outdoor table (which was dirty upon arrival) waterfall didn't work, deck chair had broken slats, the wine bottle opener is broken, there weren't enough plates or pans to cook. Only 1 sauté pan rest were pots. It looked as though people had bought items that they needed and then left them. There were shoe prints on the half wall. I asked for extra towels and there were but not enough wash cloths. The washing machine smelled musty so I didn't want to wash in it and ruin the towels they did have. The grill was very dirty my husband cleaned prior to us using it and of course after. There wasnt a set of tongs for the grill only a spatula. Limited garbage cans like in bedrooms, no Kleenex, 1 bedroom had a small laundry basket. the bedside tables were in disrepair. I could list more but I think you get the idea. It was okay but not great and not 5 star. My daughter lives in the area and we will not be renting here again. The hosts were responsive when you asked questions.

The property was everything we wanted and envisioned. Super clean, WELL maintained, all little essentials and toiletries were provided. It is exactly what we needed to feel comfortable during our family’s stay while visiting family in town. Thank you and we will definitely be coming again!

Great property. nice, quiet neighborhood. pool and patio were very enjoyable. house was mostly clean except for a few dead bugs. driveway in back of house better for smaller vehicles as not much room to maneuver in and out.
