This spacious three-bedroom home sleeps up to ten guests, with a thoughtful layout that caters perfectly to family getaways or small group stays.

The bright kitchen features high-end, unique built-in appliances, and an oversized island with prep sink - If you love to cook, this is the place! The kitchen flows easily into the sunny living room, which is one of two gathering areas in the home.

There is a main-floor bedroom and private full bath with fun pops of color throughout. Upstairs, a separate family room offers plenty of space to spread out - enjoy a round of pool, mix drinks at the wet bar, or catch a movie.

Outside, your private pier allows for morning swims, fishing, or paddling on the lake. (Boat not included; no boat lift available.) In the evenings, gather around the fire pit under the stars.

This is the guest house of a lakefront estate and includes its own dedicated path to a private pier reserved exclusively for the guest house. The main lakefront residence had a sperate pier and lake access.
A maximum of FOUR vehicles permitted on this property.
An easy 10-minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva's shops, dining, and year-round events, this monthly rental puts you close to the best of the lake life.

Please Note:
*You can bring one boat to keep on the private pier (Geneva Lake!) You will need to bring your own bumpers for docking your boat.
* Please do not tie boats up to private pier for extended periods of time. Wind and currents may cause damage to boats and pier. Mooring ball provided just off pier for longer durations. Pier use/mooring ball available for use Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please inquire if outside these dates.
*This property is part of an Estate. The owner lives on the property in the main home.
*You have access to the entire guest house, outdoor areas of the guest house, and a private pier via a private path.
*Guest rental agreement is required to be signed after booking. All guests are required to sign the guest rental agreement.
*This is a Geneva lakefront Estate, but there are no visible Lakeview's from the guest home. The lake is a short walk down a private path
