Fantastic location amongst some of the finest golf courses in SC. Immaculate condition and super communication with host and management company.Highly recommend.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The master suite was large and had a lot of storage and closet space. The location is close to great restaurants and stores. The private pool was amazing and the screened porch was a nice spot to relax. The location is quiet and private. Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

The home was a pleasure to stay in. The house was very inviting. The layout was perfect and the house was so clean it was a pleasure to walk into. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we woukd definitely return.

Beautiful home away from home

This home was perfect for hosting my husband and I along with our in laws for a long weekend. We loved the clean pool, the private yard, and the amenities in the home. If we make it back to Pawley's Island, we will definitely book again!!

The stay was fantastic. We had an awesome relaxing girl's trip. My 4 year old granddaughter loved the pool, we all enjoyed relaxing in the backyard and the house layout worked out perfectly.

Pawleys week

Coastal Greens was a relaxing time for us grandparents. We had our peaceful time during the day and we were able to host some of the grandkids a few evenings. They even used the ping pong table. The pool was a nice change from a sandy beach and the sometimes, big waves. The biggest challenge was a short grandma trying to climb into that high king size bed! A little step stool would be a nice addition. We also bought a few pitchers with lids to make lemonade and left one for the next renters. The beach gear was so helpful as well. We got a few bikes to ride here and there and comfy beach chairs and little tables to use by the pool loungers and when we went to the beach. All in all we had the best time and will go back again. Thank you.

Vacation

We all enjoyed it. We all thought it was very roomy. Unfortunately the refrigerator kind of stunk. Maybe the prior people had fish, but it smelled old and fishy.. We could've used more beach towels, kitchen towels, and rags serving bowls and serving platters…. Nice pool. !!!

Great accommodations

We are four older guys who get together a few times a year to tee it up in various locations around the country. We were very satisfied with the accommodations, and if we return, we will certainly consider staying here again.

Good rental for the week

Everything inside the house was clean and comfortable. The exterior needs more attention- grass needs cut and the pool was dirty when we arrived. The garage smelled like cigarettes and lots of garbage was piled up from the previous tenant.

Large house, lots of seating and pool!When arriving the house was set up for us to jump right into a great stay. We were furnished with towels, starter essentials, bathrooms had blow dryer in them with complimentary soaps etc. The house was nestled into a little nook. As we pulled up, we noticed that there was a truck in the driveway. We tried contacting the rental company before entering but did not get any information back. Upon entering the house with caution to find that nobody was there.The house kept very cool and the fans were nice. Having the rooms downstairs was a huge help for my family since we had young children with one of them in a wheelchair with a disability. The pool had a small pad attached, so my grandson was able to sit in his handicap pool chair and enjoy the pool with us.Some suggestions-I would like to share. The pool wasn’t the cleanest but the storms didn’t help with that. The instructions were not very thorough. We didn’t know what to do with the bedding and towels upon checkout, but was able to call the rental company at eight when they opened.Having both check-in and check out instructions laminated on the fridge would help renters.I would’ve liked the grass to have been cut. It was a little too high for us to comfortably roast marshmallows. We also found a long piece of mangled metal in the grass. The grill needed to be cleaned before using. Please add handled broom and a vacuum. Gutters need cleaning at entrance. Corn hole was broken.

34 Pipedown Way

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at This property! The home was beautiful and so clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. We do however, have one suggestion and a comment. We thought that it would be great to have some hooks maybe out in the screened in porch for towels and bathing suits and some Hooks in the bedrooms or bath rooms for bath towels to dry. We wanted to let you know that the blind in the living room would not stay up, something was wrong with mechanism to adjust. Overall we just loved it and it was perfect for our family and if we are ever in Pawleys again we would stay here!
